I just had surgery over the weekend and I have lung cancer and I needed medicine changed because I was taken was making me sick and was the reason I had to have surgery so I drove to the office and tried to give the doctor the medicine I was told to give it to Kroger so Kroger would not take it back so they said I would have to drive back to the office after I tried to give it back to them that morning and wouldn't take it so now I am without medicine for the 5th day after major surgery and cancer because I did the right thing. Mary told me to shut up or she will hang up on me because she doesn't care that I tried to give the medicine to them this morning or I am without medicine... It's sad world when the people you trust with your life doesn't care!

They still have not accepted responsibility for their actions, and state that I had a panic attack, I wish I had listened to a patient that warned me in their office about their dr's. What would you do if a dr a gave you something that caused a trip to the Er Dept, and this is after years of going there and being prescribed 1 thing then they changed it ! They want to blame me for their mistake, and won't even see me anymore because they gave me something that caused an allergic reaction! Beware what you take that they give you, because if something happens they're going to blame you for being upset about it ! I didn't ask them to change me from what was working to a new medication, then they blamed me for being upset about it ! Dr Nieves is an unethical person, that expects others to take responsibility for reactions to something they gave in error. Hospital, and other pain drs have said what they changed me to was 4x stronger than what I was on and never should have been done! Their error and now I have to resort to legal through the medical board to have my history fixed ! Thank god their are other Dr's that have looked at this and said they shouldn't have done that !
