Mazen apparently went behind our back to with the other party involved and made decisions with our money without telling us. I am not sure if he expected the second party to tell us, but I assume since he is professional he would had a conversation with us as well. This was the first mortgage company I talked to and it was a huge mistake to not talk to any others as I was originally advised. The owner reminds me of a used car salesman and only tells you what you want to hear to close the loan. After closing, they kept bragging about this stupid "certificate" and then proceeded to say my refinance was going cost $10,000 that I can roll into my loan. Seriously? My original loan agent recommended the 2-1 buy down - which was translated to I will not talk to you for two years and will not reach out to refinance when the rates drop "because you're already taking care of" with the buydown... Be careful, do not trust Neil or his team. I am actually annoyed that he knows how frustrated I was with his company and still has me on his contact list today. Zero class.
