If I could give it 0 I would. Self wash starts counting down while you are sill putting the money in You loose 30-40 seconds just putting $5 in. The after sudsing up my care I set it to rinse and next thing I know not 20 later it shuts off with no warning. With so many was options now NEVER go here read more

I went through the automatic car wash after purchasing the better car wash. I drove thru the rinse section before stopping as indicated. The only thing it did was run the blue spinner thing over my car. No wash, no rinse arch, no dryer. This was my second time thru the auto wash. The first time it literally rocked my car. Never before has that happened anywhere I've done the drive thru wash! I figured I'd give it another chance and picked the other lane this time. I will never use this car wash again!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your car ruined. My husband went with his BMW and it ripped the mirror off which then scratched up the whole side as it dragged it through the rest of the wash. They admitted to my husband that this has happened before but then refused to call him back or resolve even after attorney sent letters. Insurance paid for $1300 worth of damage but it was a claim. Went on a date night with my boyfriend a couple nights ago. On the way home we stopped at Lighthouse Carwash. While in the car wash we heard a LOUD crack type sound. After we were done in the car wash we got out and checked the car to see if something happened. The passenger side window broke off! We've had problems here before but have never had something like this happen. Never going back again and won't be recommending this place to anyone. read more

DAMAGE to my car AWFUL!! My car was damaged in two places the mirror and the running board. I took photos of the mirror while it was being damaged and it's still my fault because I didn't fold the mirror in. They will not stand by an trustworthy paying customer.
