This was my favorite car wash, however my last 2 visited didn't clean my car. Both times I got the $30 car wash that left my car still dirty. My last visited, the gate on the one lane stayed opened so the cars were out of order, the cars were so close together going threw it couldn't completely clean my car, the machine that comes down and drys the car was broke. I spoke with the manager and she said, yea, some things are broke, we didnt pretreat the tires, and were out of tire cleaner. If its broke, disable the $30 wash, why keep letting people go threw if half the machines are broke spending their hard earned money? So she gave me a free car wash, written with a sharpie on a post card. So, I go to use my free car was today, pushed help button 3 times, no one came out. So shame on me, I paid for the $30 car wash again. Seriously my car was left dirty. See pics. read more

To keep it short for now as it's testing the length ability of the review to leave ... this company negligently in 3 very important ways damaged all of those vehicles which passed through in moderation because at times they did prerinse with the required wands that are engineered to be always used to prerinse the entire vehicle and most importantly - well sides are vitally important also to be prerinsed especially when they have road from and dirt which is equal to sand paper when the neoprene brushes grab it. The sides and the inner lips of the fenders/wheel well areas has not- we repeat has not been done since they opened this establishment we lost count, we reported it to their on site people and managers as well as emailed corporate / they sent it the local Zach manager those times when we also sent complaints in through email about their negligence in not pre rinsing at all many of the times, other times they only would staff one side and it is litterly impossible to ( and dangerous) and they admit it , they was having a single person nearly run from the drivers side around the back of the vehicle to try and also wash the passenger side while the vehicle was already in motion on the track of the machine - the tunnel machine which required Ppe to operate with in a moving machines typically so not sure how osha will feel if we make contact with them also , .... we contacted the bbb and the first time through the bbb this company actually had the nerve to say to submit a claim through some now website link , which we submitted many times over various occurrences of their negligence and told them it was damaging our vehicle , so we already submitted it to the management many times and many different authoritive personnel. So given now since their own people also neglected to fill out the proper damage reporting forms and document it on their end. Worst wash EVER! Asked for the least pricey wash, $11.00!, and the entire back of the car was not washed. I was loaded so close to the car in front of me that all his snow from his roof was blown onto my car during the blower exit! Never again! read more

Ripped the window trim and bent it on my car. Don't use this place because they won't help you with any damage. The car wash can destroy your car and they take no responsibility . I understand if someone comes there with a bunch of adds on aftermarket products but not factory installed parts. Use at your own risk, they take no responsibility. read more

They DO NOT service their Equipment. Right now they have 18 service request in. no one comes or they come and do not fix it. the roller which is the last thing that is done is broke now and this is not unusual! They said many things are broke. they are 3 rd place in sales but cannot FIX their equipment!!! they are disgustingly and ripping people off!! read more

On Saturday, August 29, I went through the automatic car wash. The following day, Sunday, August 30, I discovered multiple scratches along the passenger side of my vehicle, including the trim and window plastic, as well as several other scratches on the body. My car is brand new, still under 45-day tags, and I am certain these scratches were not present prior to visiting your car wash. I immediately returned to the Heath location to file a complaint and cancel my membership. An employee came outside, took photos and videos of the damage, completed a complaint form, and recorded my tag number for cancellation. On September 1, I received a call from the location's manager, Felicity. She initially claimed that the scratches were already present based on video footage. I requested to view the videos myself. Upon review, the footage she showed did not support her claim, and I pointed out the exact areas of damage that were not visible in the video. After inspecting my vehicle in person, Felicity apologized and approved my complaint on the spot. Despite this, I have not received any follow-up from corporate. Approximately one week later, I called again, was told a message would be passed along, but still received no response. On Tuesday, September 16, I again called corporate and left another message. That same day, I discovered I had been charged for another month of service despite having canceled my membership weeks earlier. When I raised this issue, Felicity admitted the error and promised a refund. However, she also stated that my claim was ultimately declined because I "left the property after the wash." She offered only to purchase the trim piece, which does not address the full extent of the damages. My vehicle sustained multiple scratches to the body panels beyond the trim, which will require professional repair. I find this response unacceptable. Your own video shows my car entering the wash without the scratches present. The fact that similar complaints have been filed against your company by other customers suggests a recurring issue with your equipment. read more

What really stands out is your rims don't get all banged up like other car washes. Much better drying system then others. The Ceramic Is definitely worth it. Love the indoor vacuum area. Very Impressed with them. read more
