Had to report them to the California State Bar Association. Crista Hermance has threatened me, and is incredibly ignorant of the law. Kaitlyn Farrell is the worst lawyer on the planet. Did nothing they were contracted to do, 0 results. And in the end through court documents I found out they were affiliated with the opposing lawfirm. Malpractice, client abandonment, violating my rights as a disabled american, withholding information, withholding my documents. The most unethical lawfirm I've ever even heard of. Seriously unethical

Awful. MetLife told me my plan covered a free will and gave me Hermance Law as a provider. When I…read morecalled, they tried to upsell me on a living trust (which wasn't covered by MetLife). I said no thanks, just a will. I was put on hold and then told everything was good and given an appointment to speak with an attorney on the phone. I was also emailed an extensive form to fill out that took approximately two hours. The day before the scheduled appointment, the firm called me and said the Will was covered by MetLife but that they will not do wills without doing a "total package," which includes a trust, Advanced directive, etc. and that costs extra. So, this MetLife deal is really just a way for them to drum up business... and why wasn't I told this before I spent hours on their form? I was always very clear what I wanted. Therefore, I find them disingenuous and unethical... not what I am looking for in an estate attorney. No thanks, wish I could give zero stars.
