I met with them after being discharged from the nursing home from hell and I have no recollection of signing the contract with them at all. Maybe this is related to the trauma of having surgery and having no support from my family but I owe them a big apology due to my lack of memory. I did sign a contract which I don't remember and I'm very pleased that I received a call from them today. Moral of my story is that surgery is a traumatic event followed by neglect in a nursing facility. I had underestimated my mental state when I should have known better. Then- they cleaned up and hauled away the old panes, except for one large old wavy "pre-float" glass that i liked because i can appreciate the look of that type of glass. They only do replacements I came to find out. I called Jones and they quoted me a quarter of the price and replaced the glass. Although supply chain issues delayed the installation for 6 months, hence the 4 stars. The installation was professional and they did a great job. It was a very cold day and they were very cognizant of the inconvenience of having open windows. They did a great job. It was worth the wait.

They scribble a high price on their sales literature & then offer you a discount if you sign up NOW! They do not like providing anything in writing like a legitimate quote or warranty information. Every time I asked for something in writing I didn't hear from the salesperson, I had to keep asking for this information. When they finally provided a price in writing the price came down. Still no warranty information. Bottom line they are very high priced you are paying for all their advertising & sales pitches. They provide the full service (product & installation) which was why I actually was willing to pay the price, since I am in a remote location. However, not when I am working harder to finalize the sale vs the salesperson! I even called customer service a few times. Still a month later, I am waiting for warranty & a measurement. Ridiculous! You have to wonder why they shy away from anything in writing & if this represents their service go elsewhere! They should spend as much energy to close a sale & make the customer feel comfortable as they do on all their advertising hype!!!
