Our technician came out to diagnose our dryer problem and gave us a quote. He cleaned the entire dryer inside and out to include checking to make sure the vent was clear. I asked a number of questions and he had all the answers. Replaced 4 rollers two on the back wall and two on the door. Extremely professional and worked efficiently and our dryer is as good as new. I am conflicted with this review based on one point - the company that came and the company name here don't really match at all. We were sent a same-day tech (which I am very grateful for) and got the help we needed, but when writing the check it was to a company in Denver that wasn't this company?? I think the appliance team is more of an umbrella of available techs from various pools of availability and they are not this one company. Reasons why I think this isn't as great, is because if I wanted to establish a work history or a relationship with a tech, this makes it more ambiguous and I don't have a record to establish?? If the tech they used to help me isn't available in the future, how do they cross transfer that knowledge to the next one? Also I don't have a price comparison to know if the job they did was fairly priced. We were charged $280 for an evaluation and then a cleaning of dust from the unit. I don't know if that is a reasonable price, the transparency with a main company vs a independent contractor service was missing. So the service was nice, the guy was nice - but I probably won't use them again and look for a local service that is established that I can build a relationship with more deeply. Probably great service to call in a pinch but you might want to shop around rates in advance. read more

Kind of pricey, would recommend for smaller fixes. The fix on my range would have costed the same as buying a new one.

The tubing to the water filter on our fridge was leaking. They got a repairman out in one day who was able to order the part and get it fixed a few days later. He explained everything he was working on and was also very sweet to our toddler who was super interested in his tools and what he was up to behind the fridge. This was probably a repair that would have taken my husband a few weeks to get done but Oleksii was able to fix it in about an hour. A few weeks later and the repair is holding up great. After leaving my review, I received a phone call from Appliance Team, asking what happened. I repeated tge details and after I mentioned the comment about the reset being a "secret" was told that they'd be having a conversation with their technician about how he handled the call. I was asked if I would accept a refund of fifty dollars. When I declined I was offered a hundred, which I accepted. It promptly appeared in my account. Today, I received a text asking if I would now give them a 5-star rating. I responded that i would update my review. For me to give them give them five stars would feel dishonest. I have a unique Daewoo mini washer/dryer combo unit I purchased from China, and when the heating element stopped working, I thought for sure that no local appliance-repair service would be able to fix it. After being turned down by other repair companies, The Appliance Team agreed to come by the very next day to look at it. And while I was certain that Dmytro wouldn't be able to fix it, he sure knocked my socks off when he did--especially since the operation panel functions and the user manual were written in Chinese! Dmytro was such a pleasure to work with as well. Not only did he not flinch at the daunting layout of the internal parts, he proceeded with unflagging patience and determination. When I saw him working, I thought, "This guy might actually fix my crazy little washing machine." And, lo and behold, I was RIGHT. Dmytro WAS good. The only qualm I had about the repair was the final price, which seemed steep for replacing a couple of fuses. But I can get past this considering the extreme rarity of my washing machine, its diminutive size, and the Appliance Team's repair guarantee . All in all, my appointment was delightfully surprising in the sense that it ended up as an actual repair rather than just a failed diagnostic attempt. Zack is a great technician! The dryer was not working. The drum was not spinning. Zack spined the drum by hand and he said is the motor. He made a very quick diagnosis. He took the dryer apart and he found few pieces in the engine that were broken. He replaced the engine and everything works great again. I also used Zack last year to fix my washer water leak. He also did amazing job. The price was also very reasonable. I am very satisfied with Zack's professional work and I highly recommend him. He really knows what he's doing. read more

Friday morning, our oven would not heat up and of course was a very difficult day for this, because my wife runs a cottage bakery from our home. A joke. The repair tech arrived in a private car. I pointed out what was wrong and just wanted the part replaced. After another 15 minutes on the phone and then a repair quote of over $300, we bought a new washer. All the tech wanted was the $99 deposit. Zack texted in advance that he was on his way. That was good. When he arrived, he had a regular car, no signs on car and was in a non-logo'd t-shirt. Same with his partner. They need to rectify that and get some logo'd shirts and car signage. They spent a lot of time examining the refrigerator and eventually found the root issue. The wires in a wire harness were damaged. Nice job on that. However, he wanted to reconnect the wires of the damaged harness. We asked about a replacement harness and Zack said there is not one. We since found one. Then he wanted me to write a check to a different company b/c he is a 1099. This service interaction did not feel professional. read more
