This is the worst service I have ever had. We spent alot of money of quartz counter tops and when they went to install them, they looked completely different than what I had ordered. They told me they would not charge me for the cost of the slabs so I went ahead and let them install them, thinking I was not having to pay for the slabs. When the final invoice came, they decided they would only reimburse the cost of one slab out of 4. I have been going back and forth with them for several months. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, Dennis is very difficult to work with and they lied over and over again about finishing the project on time. The project went over 2 weeks due to their neglect, lies and lack of management of their install teams. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Oh my... where to begin. Never ever hire this company, for ANYTHING. They are the worst! No communication, mediocre work, lack of responsibility. We hired them April 2023 to remodel our master bath shower. We have since fired them and the work is still not completed. We could never get them on the phone, we could never get them to commit to when they would be at the house. A lot of the times when they said they would show up, they never did. No phone call, no text, nothing.... just didn't even show up! The work that has been completed is not great. They left us with crooked tile lines, uneven grout depths, grout/mortar smeared all over the black trim pieces, a 28" x 6" hole in my ceiling, and an unfinished drywall that hasn't been mudded or textured. We had no choice but to fire them because they kept saying they would be here to finish, and they never showed up. And to top it off, they had the audacity to send us a final invoice. You have to have some big cajones or be really dumb to do something like that! They won't be getting a dime more from us. Don't even bother with this company. I think this company deserves an outstanding review. We needed the tile redone in our shower in our 105 year old home. Everything in this house is delicate and needs to be handled carefully. They did an amazing job, communicated thoroughly and got it done quickly. They also charged significantly less than any other quotes we received. read more

It is taking 10 phone calls, three visits and they still can't get my carpet measurements right. I have been waiting since November to have three bedrooms carpeted and every single week there's a different excuse. This is the most dysfunctional flooring company. I used to refer them business all the time and I will never refer them another client. I've had nothing but complaints from my clients and now I'm experiencing the same thing on my own house. These people don't know how to run a successful company and that's why they keep losing employees and have employees that don't show up for the job. I'm a very disappointed cliemt! read more

This was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have ever had! William was dishonest, months late and broke our slab. We were referred to William and used him on three jobs. Two of the jobs were so terrible. William picked up our slabs from Mexi tile and weeks later shared he could not do the job with the product we selected. We were refunded for slabs EXCEPT FOR ONE. When we asked for William to pay for the slab he broke he avoided me for months. Finally we hired an attorney. We are now seeking damages for the legal fees and refund for the slab he admittedly broke. My other client used William where he left a crack in the backsplash and drawers that were screwed in during the installation. William and Lighthouse flooring refused to reimburse us, they were dishonest to take the job and its taken 10 months for us and legal fees to simply get a refund. NEVER EVER TRUST work to be completed of qualify or on time. Terrible terrible service and untrustworthy! read more

Made 2 appointments to have representative come out to look at a job and provide a price quotation. Stood up both times. Not even a call. After two more calls, someone came out. Weeks went by and no quotation. I called again. Received quote eventually but they said they would have to let me know when they could fit me into their schedule. Weeks went by again. Nothing. Representative did not return multiple voice mails. Called for last time and talked to the owner and he said he was appalled and would get right on it. Its been over a month now and not a word. Moved on. The poorest customer service ever. read more

One of our agents used a contractor from this company and it took almost 2 days of constant calling to get our key returned to our office so that we could bring in other contractors to finish the other repairs, thankfully our agent has a good relationship with their client, otherwise, they could have lost this deal because we were unable to get the house on the market by the agreed upon time. And when we were finally able to speak with the contractor, his answer was "I'll try to get it to you this morning" (sarcastic emphasis on the "try"). I don't think I've come across a more unprofessional contractor in my 10 years of working in real estate. read more

Agree with the other reviewer on the attitude of this business. It's a kind of "customers are so fortunate we agree to do business with them" vibe. I could have tolerated their lack of professionalism for a single transaction, as a granite countertop only requires a few weeks turnaround. But the dishonesty was a deal killer. The owner and his employee both gave me the same verbal estimate when I was in the shop, one in $/sq ft and the other in total cost for installation. They matched. Days later, I still had not received the written estimate and had to call and remind them. Apparently they didn't like that, because when I finally got the written estimate it was 50% HIGHER than the verbal estimate. Just don't waste your time on these folks. read more
