You apparently walked in expecting the entire establishment to revolve around your very specific demands, got disappointed, called someone a "clown," accused them of lying, and then produced this barely decipherable masterpiece of nonsense. The staff didn't fail you--you failed to understand where you were, what they offered, and apparently how restaurants work. And judging by the grammar and coherence of this review, I'm not sure you were in any condition to be evaluating anyone else's performance. Being unhappy with a meal is one thing. Throwing a tantrum because a restaurant didn't conform to whatever bizarre expectations you had in your head is another. Do everyone a favor next time: stay home, lower your expectations, and let the adults enjoy their dinner without having to witness another episode of The World's Most Confused Customer. The restaurant got one bad review. You got permanently immortalized as the person who wrote it. I'd say one of those is considerably harder to recover from.

Firestone's pizza has an excellent char, solid sauce and flavorful toppings. The restaurant also has a beer/wine store, and a eye pleasing meat counter/butcher. I have no complaints - friendly service, fair priced pizza for excellent quality, and the liquor section has some charm to the decor. ***From the road, look for Gordon's (even though Firestone Kitchen is the eatery). The digital key card made it easy to get in/out of the open (uncovered) parking lot. It also provided another layer of security to access our floor and room. I was also able to share it easily with my travel buddy. Plenty of towels. Two people staying 3 nights generated more trash than the 2 tiny garbage cans could handle. Water pressure was weak but cool concept of nossle on 1 side of shower/tub and shower head on the other wall. It warded off shocking hot or cold experiences. Breakfast was included. Many families took advantage of onsite breakfast before heading out for the day. Up to the 8th floor to Oliver's and out back to the putt putt green and Observation Tower. Across the street from UPMC Hamot.
