Not sure what that 2016 review was about but I do know there are a fair number of entitled…read moreresidents living in this so called "small close community" so I'd want to hear the other side of that story before I made a judgement. Meanwhile, I just had an incredibly nice exchange with a Walls employee who stopped to help me out in the middle of a snowstorm. A big thanks to Scott, a Gloucester-hearted kind person. I haven't hired Walls for Landscaping but I've seen their work in the neighborhood and it looks great. And they've been plowing our neighborhood streets for years so they must be doing something right. So I'm giving 5 starts to balance out a disgruntled review from 6 years ago.

We hired Wall's landscaping to handle landscaping at our condominium complex in Gloucester MA for…read morethe 2022 season. They were to come twice monthly to service the property. On their very first visit, they did a sub par job (trash left on the ground, crew members smoking on property and left cigarette butts all over, didn't clean up clippings)- They were contacted and the owner promised to come back with his crew and ensure the issues were rectified. They came back but the issues were not rectified- the same pieces of trash remained and all they did was damage the bushes and trim them to the point they were basically sticks. As time went on, we continued to complain to our management company about the condition of the property who tried over and over to get in touch with someone from Wall's about it without success. We couldn't even reach them about sending over the proper paperwork so they could get paid. We continued to complain that they were simply not showing up and the work was not being done and continued trying to make contact to no avail. In October, they began demanding payment for their work, to the tune of $1000 a month. We asked for a list of dates they were on property because again we had not seen them in months, everything was overgrown, the same pieces of trash from MAY were still there. We were provided a list of service dates and luckily, we have cameras on site that were installed part way into the summer. We were able to pull footage from 4 of the dates they stated they were here for service (cameras were not installed until July). On 2 of the dates provided, they came on site and were here less than 30 minutes including arriving, hanging out in the truck, unloading their equipment, 'working' and reloading their items which is hardly enough time to even walk the property much less do any kind of landscaping. On the other 2 dates they provided they never stepped foot on the property so it is completely fabricated. Furthermore, the last date we have record of them on property (for less than 30 minutes) was in August yet they provided dates into September which we were able to prove did not occur but they want to be paid through the month of October. They did not and refuse to perform the fall cleanup that was part of our contract as well unless we pay them $7000 when they have done barely $1000 worth of work. They have tried over and over again to to extort us into paying for services that were never provided even though they breached their own contract. This company is not trustworthy and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

You were told right then when Uncle Tony could come out and see the job. Uncle Tony sent a responsible crew headed by Ramon and they did a wonderful job. Based on my experience with Precision I would not recommend calling them for any roofing issues…read more Called Precision Roofing in April 2025 after discovering a leak in my roof. They put on a brand new roof in May 2025. By September 2025 that new roof is leaking in a different spot that has sustained no damage, weather or other. After calling them back they sent someone out to put some caulking material in the area which did nothing, It leaked the very next time it rained. They then told me if I wanted a long term solution I would need to replace the HVAC flue; the same HVAC flue that has been on the home for over 60 years. At no point during the pre-quote inspection, during the quote presentation, while working on the roof, or while collecting payment in full did anyone from Precision Roofing disclose that this was an obstacle that they could not completely seal off. Telling me this after I discovered the new roof leaking is ridiculous. Maybe it's something else, but to me it feels like you either took a job you couldn't complete or did poor work and are making excuses afterwards. All I know is 4 months after Precision Roofing put a brand new roof on my house for 10K I have to call a roofing company again for a leak in my roof
