Unfortunately, the hard water from the sprinkler system created severe calcifications that were impossible for me to remove. So I called Tim. He swung by the house to examine the damage and do a test spot (at no charge), and gave us a quote that was extremely fair given the amount of work that was anticipated. Unlike many of the home service teams that we have worked with, Tim showed up as planned, on time, and did not leave until the job was done. Since we were not home the day that he was there, he sent us photos and videos for us to inspect throughout the project. My windows needed a thorough cleaning before Thanksgiving. I called Tim, after reading positive reviews, and I am so glad I did. He found time for me even though he was very busy. He is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about types of glass and the care and maintenance of windows. Tim the owner of Lighthouse is absolutely dedicated to his customer and squeaky clean windows and chandeliers. He brings all the equipment, works fearlessly 20 feet in the air and has a special water that won't spot. Our windows are almost 30 years old, should likely be replaced one of these days and Tim gets them to sparkle. I also believe his fees are more than reasonable. This is the third time we have had Tim clean our windows. The man is a perfectionist! We also had him clean the gutters all around the house- not clean them out but he actually got on the roof and scrubbed the grime and algae that has accumulated on the surface.
