We put up with it once but not twice: * Carpet was left filthy. Dog hair and grime left on the carpet. Lots of it. * We pay the minimum "3 room" rate ($125). Normally they make up for this by also cleaning our couch and easy chair - usually takes the guy 5 extra minutes. * Cleaning guy refused to do the couch, even though he was in and ready to leave after cleaning the one room in 15 minutes. He said, "I have other places to clean and I'm running behind" * When we showed him the dirt we were able to scoop off the carpet, he said "if you're not happy, just take it up with my manager about making it right" and took off. * We called the manager, mentioned the still-dirty carpet and the couch not getting done. He said, if you want the carpet cleaned again it's $125. * We said, we just had it cleaned today, and it's not clean. Will you make it right? He answered, if you're not happy with us, call another cleaner, and hung up. I guess, sadly, avoid these guys, they have lost their integrity.

No, we made the mistake of using one of their competitors who took +5 visits over 2 months to complete the task. However, once that headache was resolved, we did make the RIGHT DECISION to partner with SERVPRO to complete the repair portion of the process and thank God we did because we had the privilege of working with Mr. Gordon Brown, General Manager; SERVPRO. From the beginning, Gordon took the time to insure we had a clear understanding of what the repair process entailed including potential "surprises" that might arise given our particular situation and his vast knowledge and experience that he had accumulated over his career in the construction industry. I could go into exhaustive detail and cite numerous examples of Gordon's promptness, attention to detail, ability to delivery, and just creating a comfortable working relationship with my wife and I but I won't. Do not hire for mold remediation, 10/10 do NOT recommend…read more Jason and Brian talked a very big game, and they completely over promised and under delivered. We hired NEDS to fix water damage after a fridge leak. They did the work in half the time they said they would, and they did half the job. They actually created a mold problem in my house and I had to pay another company to come in and do the job right. The impact their negligence has had on our lives is substantial. Mold has to be physically removed, not just sprayed with bleach/MMR nor fogged. FYI I tried contacting the owner to right the situation instead of writing this review, but he didn't want to accept responsibility/do the right thing. Do not hire NEDS for any water damage, they are negligent.
