They carry the classic Nag Champa brand by Satya (with the eco-friendly green leaf logo, safe for indoors, pets, and kids), plus a variety of other incense scents for meditation, spiritual rituals, or daily use. They also carry the popular Feel Free energy supplement. Not all shops have it, and when they do, they often sell out. But this shop always seems to keeps it in stock, along with other energy shots, cigars, and all the usual smoke shop essentials. Prices are affordable, and the clerks are genuinely friendly. They accept Apple Pay too, which makes checkout easy. IMPORTANT: Don't stop at the 1st smoke shop you see when entering the shopping center by the freeway, it's pricier. Head inside the parking lot pass Quest and toward UPS and before you reach Aliante Dental, and the cleaners and before you reach Smith's. Lighthouse Smoke Shop will be on your right-hand side, and it's the one with better prices and more variety. Open daily 8 am-8 pm (a little earlier Sundays). Customer service was terrible the guy in the back was rude and said that I was suspicious and was making him mad because I was using my phone. I was looking at a picture of a nicotine vape I had at home so I can see which vape juice I wanted to choose from since they seemed to stop selling my brand. The cashier says 75$ for 3 items and I'm like ok kind of high and I try to pay with my Apple Pay but it was not loading. The team member next to the cashier of the shop says "are you going to buy this "? I said yes he says you're going to have to wait outside since people are only allowed to be in the shop for 10 mins. I used to come to this shop all the time, same two brothers that run the shop have always been so kind UNTIL recently (post-pandemic "them" has been the worsttttttt). They have a great selection of things but I don't know, customer service has been off and unappealing as of lately. This might be the millionth time I couldn't return something that was faulty on THEIR end and they give some made up excuse as to why their reasoning is law. Swishers too stale and cracking? Customers fault and no exchanges. Shit breaks or doesn't work? Customers fault without resolution. Hookah has a crack when you open the box? Oh that was done on purpose to get over. Vape box doesn't work and the buttons stick? Too bad, shouldn't have bought it here. Today was another issue like many from the past and will be the last time I let them take my money. I purchased a Nic pen (3% Ezee Peach Pineapple Apple) and the first one did not work... kinda like an empty one was in the box, the light didn't even flare. LUCKILY I was able to get another one (walked out walked right back in). This was exchanged for the same flavor, checked before I walked out... all was fine. In less than 40 minutes the second one is acting the same. I came BACK to the store, offered to pay the difference to get something else or another flavor and was told no. I called the Ezee distribution company to address the issue and they asked for the Shops name and so it was provided. I was unable to give the owners name because I did not know them. Something about they are supposed to make sure they warn Ezee about faulty vapes (since they are linked to deaths) and to just.... Not go here again because they aren't following the rules. Agreed. The rebuttal I received was "we can only exchange it once and cannot give credit towards something else" I then asked "even if it's not working properly?" He gave me a nervous laugh and proceeded to stock whatever he was stocking in order to avoid me... telling me no I cannot get an exchange on an item THEY sold me that does not work, at all. All I wanted was another flavor. Would have even paid the difference, as mentioned IT JUST DOES NOT WORK. But how is that my fault? Weird. So now, I have to scrap this one and go to ANOTHER shop that I can feel comfortable spending my moment in. It's crazy. Been going here for three years. They just aren't the same anymore. Sad about it. Update: went back in to ask for their names to give the agent I spoke with and was YELLED at and called a liar. I was told that I am lying about their products and that the "owner" from Ezee comes in twice a week to drop off their products and that they need "proof" of it being unauthentic. The Shop on Aliante is pretty good, its run by 2 brothers and they are pretty helpful. Prices are reasonable on cigarettes. However, Though the store says it opens at 8AM no one answers the phone before 11AM. The other problem I have is that when I called to ask about a price I was told they don't give that info over the phone and that I would have to come in, I ask why they told me store policy, I never heard of such stupid bullshit! Why would I make a trip there if they won't give me a price, I supposed to take a chance and go there and if their price is higher then someone else then I've wasted a trip.That's not of them to not give a price over the phone.
