I've been going here for years. Love Green. However today my experience was beyond frustrating. Yesterday they forgot to give me my id back. They called and the guy apologized and said he would put it up front so that I could pick it up in the morning. Jump to today. The guy at the front named "T", first of all he was wearing sun glasses inside, he rummages through the drawer for a second and says he can't find it so he leaves makes a joke about me thinking I can't hear it. Then comes back yelling at me talking about he's going to be manager soon. The managers are all looking for my id. Meanwhile the only employee I actually recognize calmly looks in the same drawer, sees my id and gives it to me. Idk his name. He had long hair. But he was truly the only one who was taking my situation seriously. T should not be a manager and the security guard who tried to escalate the situation more needs to be checked too. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this place and all I wanted was a sense of urgency when looking for something of mine they shouldn't have had in the first place read more

The only dispensary in town that won't let you hold the product you are purchasing, nor will take 1 nickel out of their tip jar with the change of others who don't want it and help you out. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemies. read more

its rare when I come on yelp and write something kind. I come to GREEN not just because it's a mile from my house, but because the people are kind. (Though I have yet to meet an unhappy budtender.) A lot of days I'll walk in and it might be the only conversation I have that day. (Yeah, I know... maybe I should keep that to myself.) But it's true. I'm a weirdo artist. I'm always making stuff, or editing, or whatever, and sometimes I need weed. And the people here don't get in the way -- they help. Crazy, right? They point me to exactly what I want, they find me deals, and they're cool even when I've been in the studio too long and I'm basically talking backwards. See, I'm what they call a super stoner (that's why I'm wearing the cape). I come in way too much, so they know me by name. And I kinda like that anywhere I go. Egos aside, it just feels good. I like walking home with a nice little treat for myself, and I don't mind paying amazing people who actually help me. Also -- I get a ton of auto-texts from the store... but that's kind of my fault, right? :O The value is good. I usually spend too much money there. Let's be honest: I'm a glutton when it comes to weed. And while I've "cut down" (LIES), I usually get it here. There might be a closer shop, but I don't like their weed as much... even if it's probably the same stuff. I just like this place. The walk is chill, it feels safe, and there's food nearby -- or they'll have food, or a DJ playing music. It's pretty cool. I wanna work there. Hahaha. But kinda... if only I was kind to people. I'm not really a people person, even on set. In the big cosmic circle: I love that weed is legal and I can just go to a store, buy what I want, and walk home like a normal adult -- instead of doing anything sketchy. That alone makes me happy. I've written some of my best stuff walking home from there, smoking a little "walk-me-home joint." Honestly, I have no idea if that's legal, but I really don't give a shit. They're kind, and they laugh at my jokes, they sell me weed, so that's enough for me. read more

I placed an order online went to go pick it up. The guy in the front at check-in refused to let me in for some reason because I only had a California ID. I asked to speak to the manager. He refused to call the manager instead he called security to kick me out. I never got loud with him. I wasn't disrespectful or anything, and I felt that was real unacceptable and inappropriate to call a security guard to kick you out when you're just asking for a manager to see if they'll let you in I've been a member at this shop for a while as well. They just lost a customer And I happily took my money right down the street where it was wanted. read more

I go in there almost every day. Spent a lot of money to be treated in a rude way or not being taken care of When I spent so much money in there.
