But this shop always seems to keeps it in stock, along with other energy shots, cigars, and all the usual smoke shop essentials. Prices are affordable, and the clerks are genuinely friendly. They accept Apple Pay too, which makes checkout easy. IMPORTANT: Don't stop at the 1st smoke shop you see when entering the shopping center by the freeway, it's pricier. Head inside the parking lot pass Quest and toward UPS and before you reach Aliante Dental, and the cleaners and before you reach Smith's. Lighthouse Smoke Shop will be on your right-hand side, and it's the one with better prices and more variety. Open daily 8 am-8 pm (a little earlier Sundays). Whether you need sage, incense, energy shots, cigars, or just about anything else, Lighthouse is the place to go. Highly recommend!

This place used to be one of my go-to spots because of the convenience, selection, and loyalty program. Unfortunately, my recent experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I came in specifically to use my points for a free pre-roll. I let the bud tender know my intent was to apply my points to an order I had already placed online. The bud tender ran into an issue applying the points, and after coming back, called me the wrong name -- Christopher. My name is David. Not even close, but more importantly, I was then told the system was down and they were unable to redeem my points. I understand technical issues happen, but what disappointed me was that no alternative solution was offered. No manager stepped in, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience, and I left after driving 15 minutes specifically for this reward. To make matters worse, my points still show as redeemed despite not receiving the benefit. After being a loyal customer and spending thousands here, I expected a better level of customer service and accountability. This experience, combined with reduced hours and the long wait times that can come with the drive-thru, has made this location far less convenient than it used to be. This place WAS great, and I've had many good experiences here over the years. However, with the current experience and the other options available, I would recommend customers consider other dispensaries where their time, loyalty, and money may be valued more.
