On my first phone call to inquire about their availability, she talked through the different sizes they had and gave me advice on which side I really needed. She did not try to talk me into a larger unit, which I really appreciated. The process for renting the unit was simple, and I have no complaints about any of the interactions I've had with her or other renters I've encountered on the property. The premises are clean and well-maintained. They've recently added a few more units on here, too. The entry gate is locked overnight to help protect what's being stored. You can get in with your accessed code from 6am until 9pm. If you're looking for a place where you can drop in and grab something from your unit any time of the night, this isn't for you. If you're looking for something secure, I think you'll be happy here. I chose Storage Solutions because of their automated system. You can actually rent a unit at their walk-up kiosk; you can also pay your rent here. This is helpful because the hours may seem odd--the manager works at the South location in the morning, then heads over to the location on Spring Clean Ave for the afternoon. Storage Solutions was an excellent location for storing my belongings before a move. I'll definitely recommend to anyone in the Terre Haute area looking for easy, friendly solutions to storage!

Unfortunately, the internet in that area sucks, so I couldn't get the help I needed when using the kiosk. I had the phone number though, so I decided to call. When Ginger picked up, she wasn't bothered at all that I was calling after hours and she was super helpful. At first I didn't get the storage unit I wanted because it was unavailable, but Ginger worked with me to get one that was big enough to fit all our stuff. The hours may vary but primarily between 6am to 10pm daily. Last load is designated by 8:30. Takes about 1.5 hours to get in and out. Owners on our site helpful and courteous. There a a set of white color washers that have two options for pricing. Regular is 2.00 per cycle and Deluxe is 2.25 per cycle. The difference is an extra rinse I am assuming. The washer default to deluxe so choose wisely. Location is clean, well lit and organized. One thing i have always found interesting about public laundry business is the cold/warm/hot water choices. No matter what section you choose the business owners choose the temperature that is suited to keep their cost down which is COLD. I chose the hot water cycle for my clothes up front knowing that when the cycle washes it would be a cold water run. Its always something isn't it? The cost of doing business should be regulated by the consumers. Im not saying that every laundry facility does this, but every time I check despite my hot or warm selection- the water dispensed was "bbbbrrrrrr cold!"Whatever happened to business integrity? But as I mentioned, this happens to every laundry center that I have checked. Which is not often. I don't frequent laundry centers except when I am traveling. The drying challenge will be interesting. Washing machine out number the dryers by 43 washers to 23 dyers so like 2 to 1. The drying systems are phenomenal! I placed about 14 pieces of mixed clothing in one dryer and it was seriously dry in about 7 minutes.
