Courtesy dry cleaning and coin laundry is located downtown Terre Haute. There is a parking lot that holds about 30 cars with a fee handicap parking spaces up front. The hours may vary but primarily between 6am to 10pm daily. Last load is designated by 8:30. Takes about 1.5 hours to get in and out. Owners on our site helpful and courteous. There a a set of white color washers that have two options for pricing. Regular is 2.00 per cycle and Deluxe is 2.25 per cycle. The difference is an extra rinse I am assuming. The washer default to deluxe so choose wisely. Location is clean, well lit and organized. One thing i have always found interesting about public laundry business is the cold/warm/hot water choices. No matter what section you choose the business owners choose the temperature that is suited to keep their cost down which is COLD. I chose the hot water cycle for my clothes up front knowing that when the cycle washes it would be a cold water run. Its always something isn't it? The cost of doing business should be regulated by the consumers. Im not saying that every laundry facility does this, but every time I check despite my hot or warm selection- the water dispensed was "bbbbrrrrrr cold!"Whatever happened to business integrity? But as I mentioned, this happens to every laundry center that I have checked. Which is not often. I don't frequent laundry centers except when I am traveling. The drying challenge will be interesting. Washing machine out number the dryers by 43 washers to 23 dyers so like 2 to 1. The drying systems are phenomenal! I placed about 14 pieces of mixed clothing in one dryer and it was seriously dry in about 7 minutes. read more

This place is nice and clean, and the people are friendly. Very friendly. Like, really friendly. Some guy I've never met before got up from chatting with this girlfriend to open the door for me. Another lady struck up a conversation about doing laundry. A friend of mine has told me that people here just talk to her all. the. time. This business lost my items, which are ~ $900. I dropped off three suit jackets and a bridesmaids dress and retained my receipt. The communication I have received regarding the missing items remains less than satisfactory, at best. I'm not from the area, so if the clothes are found, I expect them to be shipped to my residence at the very least. I shouldn't have to worry whether or not I can pick up my clothes when visiting a laundry facility. This practice is unacceptable. read more
