Don't let the strip mall exterior fool you. I've been to high end spas, which were nice, but this is truly foot heaven. The room is dimly lit, with the sounds of serene, zen like music and a burbling fountain. When you arrive, you are guided to a comfortable leather chair. The foot rub starts with a warm foot bath while you are treated to a neck, head, shoulder and arm massage. I had no idea that my hands needed soothing until they too were included in a gentle treatment. The masseuse I had was fantastic. When the foot massage began, he reclined my chair and treated my feet with such care and respect. This put me at ease and allowed me to relax. In fact, I probably dozed off a bit, it was so relaxing. You will also get a calf massage as part of the foot rub. Be sure to get the hot stone massage at the end. Just when I was thinking how perfect this all was, but noticed a tiny ache in my back which wasn't part of the foot rub package, my masseuse guided me to a chair and soothed away this ache without my even speaking a word. Just perfect, and the price can't be beat. I left feeling like a million dollars and can't wait to return. If you go, please respect the quiet room, as your fellow customers have very likely drifted off to foot heaven and you wouldn't want to bring them back to earth, would you? Before the appointment was booked and before I let her massage me, my girlfriend asked her if she was licensed because I recently have had major spinal fusion surgery. Well, Lilly has lied to us and is not licensed nor know anything about massages. On top of lying over the phone, to my face and right in my eyes, in my home, as I explained to her my concerns. Long story short, I stopped my 1 hour massage, 10 minutes in because of pain caused by someone who who has the indecency to lie to me in my own house and put me at risk. My girlfriend has been trying to workout a refund but has been getting the run around for 2 weeks. All we wanted AFTER she emailed a fake certificate and have her on video in my house admitting to lying. Spent about 30 minutes each foot, and they finished with a hot stone treatment and a hot towel. I usually get ticklish during foot massages, but my therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure, allowing me to relax and even close my eyes for a bit. If you prefer a different pressure, you can always ask them to adjust it. I definitely plan to return and might even try a body massage next time!

If you don't have the space for us then don't take us in and give us a sub-par experience. I'm quite peeved that I wasted my time and money on this place.
