However, on 6-21-26, I placed a specific order for 24 chocolate cupcakes with half of them white buttercream and half of them chocolate buttercream. I picked up and paid for 12 chocolate, 12 white cupcakes, all with white buttercream. As all of the decorators had gone home at the time of my pickup, nothing could be done. I was not pleased. Even though the cupcakes were delicious as always, I was miffed because I did not receive what I ordered.

Today I stopped in with my son to start the next generation of loyal customers. We ordered 4 slices of pizza priced at $2 per slice. When we got home my son asked why I didnt just buy the whole pizza since it would have only been $1 more. Realizing he was right I stopped back in to talk with the guy behind the counter. I asked to pay the extra dollar to get the other half of the pizza. I also asked why it was not brought to my attention when I was making the purchase the first time. To my surprise the guy working told me I could not pay the dollar for the four other slices of pizza. He said they sell by the slice and if I wanted the whole pizza I had to get it when I first order. I politely challenged his decision saying I was just here and I think the worker behind the counter should have mentioned the pricing. He agreed but said they did not do that so basically tough luck. I am a business owner and have been for over 25 years. I realize this may be a bit trivial but this is not about the money or 4 pieces of pizza. It is about customer service and doing the right thing. If I treated my customers like this I would not have any customers left. I will never spend another dollar at Sami Quick stop. I will make sure this message gets out to as many people as I can. There are many wonderful businesses in the local area that know how to treat customers and respect the business they bring to them. I am asking everyone to boycott Sami Quick Stop (Struthers) until they figure out how to run a business and how valuable the people that walk through their doors really are. If you have to spend money there at least mention you read this post. Maybe by some miracle they will get the point.
