The wrap was filled with fresh vegetables it was yummy. The cheeseburger comes with fresh hot thin French fries that were so yummy. The burger comes with pickles and mustard and ketchup you can ask for them not to put it on. It was perfectly cooked and the flavor was absolutely on point. The Amish market also has a donut shop that is wonderful. Each donut is 2.00 and they are made all day long. Open Thursday thru Saturday. There are cheese and cold cut vendors. Furniture and custom leather belts and hats. They have a place you can purchase dips for fruit and veggies and they make up beautiful trays daily. Homemade stuffed pretzels with everuthing from breakfast items inside them to just cheese. Fresh cup up fruit and veggies. Every kind of prepped salad you CAN think of. Veggies who veggies sliced. Fruit whole fruit sliced. The best place to find goodies for the weekend. Fresh meats to buy and take home and cook. Ready to eat prepped foods to eat there or take home. A shop for spices and wonderful things to use in the kitchen. This place also has a section where you can buy homemade fresh baked cookies cakes pies, breads. So much here to look at. Candy too. We went back to eat and again I had the Egg veggie wrap. It was fabulous. My friend had the breakfast burger. Crazy good. It was 3pm when I walked in, and 30 minutes later after two beers walked out with a full rack, extra sauce. Best thing about the ribs? They have that light char taste that goes right through the meat down to the bone. The girl tending bar was great, took good care of my order, and that order was ready just as the beer went empty, so great service. The Oaks has been right here for many many years, pretty eclectic crowd, but mainly just a joint to enjoy the food, have a drink or a beer, and talk to folks. The inside is a nice mish mash of old photos, art that is more thoughtful than you'd expect, and a long wall length bar, that hits the far wall and becomes a row of booths coming back up the other wall. Plenty of good parking, and through the warm months they got outdoor bands, so, something for everyone. Oh, and it's a good place to just be. If you're alone, or killing time, perfect spot.
