I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. I scanned two old photos from the 80s to print into 3' posters. Since the photos were very old, I did not expect them to be as crisp as contemporary photos. The posters turned out really good, and the laminating was very professional. I also loved how the customer service reps were very responsive and guided me through the entire process including what size I could print my photos while maintaining clarity and also laminating suggestions. Although the posters were packaged very safely, they were damaged in delivery (the corners were creased because USPS did not handle the package properly).
