I'm mainly a jewelry fan, and have obtained many pieces of jewelry at a great savings from these folks over the years. They are honest people and have very fair prices on their jewelry. I'm not much of a gun fan, but they have a LOT of them. Years ago I purchased my ex husband a 16 gauge Mossburg from them at a super price. In a previous review I saw someone mention they felt their ammo was over priced... well, they are a small business and I would expect to pay a higher price on brand new products at such an establishment as compared to Walmart or a large gun & ammo store. They don't order in the volume that these other companies do, so they pay higher prices due to just that. People also will pay for convenience, Middleburg has a large population of gun owners. Those folks are just glad they sell it; sometimes it sure beats a trip into Jacksonville. Just my humble opinion. In closing, I suggest you just go visit and see for yourself. These guys are in business to make a living, they don't give their wares away. I feel their items to be fairly priced. In many cases you can even negotiate a lower price! I will never go anywhere else ever again. You are treated as if you are family, and I've never found any place that had ever treated me so well. The front counter has a sign that sates a discount when you show your military id. Well I found out that doesn't count on video games. But the nice lady still gave me a discount, so I was happy. They have a lot of tavs here. Movies, tablets, laptops, and lots of bikes. I posted a few pics of the inside of the store. Its not as big as your would expect from the parking lot. Its white lights and white floors are very stark. Its a pawn shop thats well lit, so I was happy. Im used to bad lighting and lots of junk. This place is not like that. Probably because it is a chain. Any ways, I get the games home and only on of them works. I look at the discs and they are all scratched up. No wonder they won't play. So I call the store and they tell me to bring them in and I can return them or exchange them. SO I get back in the car and head that way. Luckily its not very far. The nice lady that rang me up marked one of my Video games as a DVD so when I got my refund There was this whole big mix up because I initially didn't get refunded the correct amount. It was a process but I ended up getting everything sorted out. It just took longer than expected. This time I looked at the discs and made sure to get a game that was not scratched. Note to self, Always check the discs! I will probably be back if I need something that is not an electronic. Im just kinda weary about buying used at this point.

I was on the phone listening to the entire interaction, and the employees were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. They offered him an unreasonably low amount, and when he politely asked what the scale showed while they were weighing his gold, he was told, "We're not going to do the work for you, and you can leave." There was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way. Businesses have the right to refuse service, but there is no excuse for treating people with such hostility and disrespect. My husband also witnessed the employees speaking rudely to multiple other customers, making it clear this was not an isolated incident. If you value professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere and supporting a business that treats its customers with honesty and respect.
