I recently took my Tiffany bracelet here to have the clasp fixed. He told me he could replace the clasp but it would take the authentic Tiffany value when. I told him NOT to replace it. When I received my bracelet back, not only did he put a different clasp on, he also replaced the authentic Tiffany heart and links of my bracelet! I'm very upset and left a message and have not heard back. I took my bracelet to a Tiffany location and they verified nothing about it was authentic Tiffany!!! read more
