They dealt with the insurance company, which was a promising idea because when I was trying to deal with them it was, well, let's say heated. Auto Insurance Companies would prefer you go to junkyards for replacement parts, even though my car was only 7 months old, and Automotive Unlimited obviously takes pride in their work and helped inform the Insurance Company that wasn't going to happen. They were good with updates on parts with the supply chain issues because of the pandemic. Getting the estimate was so thorough, explaining what would need to be replaced, taking a lot of photos, and informing me of the areas they weren't sure of until they pulled damaged parts off to see what needed to be done that we couldn't see. The safety sensors work perfectly again, which is a relief. I'll just say I didn't expect the process to go so smoothly after I spent a few weeks working with the insurance company.
