He guaranteed that the Michellin and the BF Goodrich options met that requirement. We chose the BF Goodrich tire and they took off the Michellins that we had bought from them 6 years ago. Just picked up the car and the BF Goodrich tires they put on were made in Indonesia! That's not Woodburn , Indiana , Indonesia either. They had no other tires in house for our SUV in house and couldn't guarantee that any tires brought in from any other manufacturer could be guaranteed to be built in the USA. If Made in the USA means something to you, don't buy from Belle Tire.

On top of that the next time I drove my vehicle I noticed a small crack in my side passenger mirror and left a message asking if he recalled hitting it with something and Mel immediately got an attitude. I told him I could send him a picture of the damage to which his attitude increased and told me I didn't have to because he wasn't the one who did it. We…read morepulled in after hearing a ticking sound from one of the tires and discovered a big bolt hanging out of one of them. Bob wasted no time in jacking up our car in the parking lot and immediately repaired it so that we were back on the road in about 20 minutes. For a mere $25 he took care of us while they were extremely busy with cars in every bay and others waiting. We'll be back for auto repair in the future. Thanks!!
