It's a leap of faith to go with this company. I cannot say anything bad about the install and operation of the system, but the company is way below in customer service. I'm paying on my panels and do not have access to view the status and operations. I'm embarrassed to bring up the company who installed them with my neighbors who chose other companies. They have all this access and functionality that after 4 months I still do not have. I've asked and contacted them numerous times but get an explanation with no future results. I'm not a happy customer and Britney was my project manager. I also see a BBB comment about her but at the time I chose this company, I was not aware. If you are researching company ... On top of that, they lost our insurance check, didn't tell us for months, so install didn't happen until the following year. When we asked for a budget breakdown to turn into our insurance company, Shanco ignored us and proceeded to tell us to just pay. They were supposed to do roof, gutters, and screens. The insurance company even gave us an additional 3k to cover our fence. Well, Shanco, took all the money for a roof and gutters. In the end, we paid over 23k for a roof and gutters. Oh yeah, and if they tell you, youll get military discount, that's a bold lie. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, especially military. We asked other homeowners around us who was getting their roof done, they paid half of what we had to pay.

Bill is a great salesman. It was after the sale that the service went down hill. We were not kept…read moreinformed of the status of our siding replacement. I had to contact them on a monthly basis for an update. I understand supplier issues and weather delays but communication is key. There was no communication unless I initiated it. We started the process in November. The project did not start until April. The materials were to be unloaded on our paved driveway. Instead it was unloaded on our freshly sodded and seeded grass. Our contract included new shutters. The old shutters were put back on the house. This was brought to Bill's attention during the process. The shutters were never ordered. We waited another 3 weeks. The wrong size was ordered. Another 3 weeks for replacements to be delivered. The outside light was not working when the crew left after the first visit. We waited a week for someone to fix this. Before the job was completed, Bill sent a job completed letter to our insurance company. We were asked multiple times by Revival for final payment before the job was completed. I'm happy with the final project. The crew did good work. However, due to the process, I would not recommend.
