Our experience with the plumbing officials was absolutely amazing. Joe, who we worked with, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We needed a new custom shower installed because the old one was falling apart and wasn't installed properly by the previous homeowners. Joe guided us through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had. Additionally, he ensured that all the work was permitted. Unfortunately, we were still experiencing backups in the shower even after the new plumbing was installed. Joe discovered that the old cast iron coming into the house was completely rotten, which was causing the backup. Joe and his team promptly returned and fixed the issue. I made a call to The Plumbing Officials on yesterday to find out how much it would cost me for them to come out to my home to give me an estimate. I had 3 toilets that was constantly running. I was told that there was no charge for them to come out and give me the estimate. And that statement was very true. They came within the time frame I was given. They were masked up when they enter my home and gave me an estimate to fix and repair. They completed the work in a timely manner. They were very respectful, polite, and attentive to my questions. My washer drain was overflowing. Called The Plumbing Officials at 4:30 PM. Mr. Ellis and Zach were at my door at within a couple of hours (they were on a job and came as soon as they were finished). Mr. Ellis was so polite and kind, they were masked up. They assessed the problem and told me they would be at my house the next morning. Sure enough, Mr. Ellis and Zach and Ollie, were at my house ready to go. Again, the whole team is kind and polite - like being with family. I put in a request via Yelp on a Saturday evening and Joseph was at our house on Sunday. When asked if he could do the job today his reply was "Yes!" I needed someone who could do a same day job. On Thursday of that same week, we had an emergency leak and Joseph, who was booked for the day, somehow squeezed us in as we were putting our house on the market the same day. We have a 2 story house and had a total plumbing replacement. No matter what you do, this is a rough job with cutting lots of drywall and really disruptive to a household. They cut the water off and turned it back on as quickly as possible for the least disruption possible. Further, they have a carpenter on staff so we were able to get the drywall fixed quickly. We also had damage under the house which required some structural changes and the carpenter could manage that too. If I have a plumbing problem in the future, I'll be calling them again. read more

Since TPO provided the toilets and hauled away the old ones, it was a no-fuss installation and as such I'm very happy with the new units that were installed!
