John answered the phone and was willing to quickly rush an order for me, despite a storm coming in- they were working in full speed to deliver all their orders before roads get shut off. John started putting my order together as we were talking on the phone, and sent me contact information via email. The credit card transaction was done quickly over the phone, and later I emailed the text for the card and shipping address and number.
