This company it's a scammer they will send you somebody to clean with no experience they charge me $360 and didn't even do the job profession i've been calling the company to talk to a supervisor or somebody to fix my problem every time I call it's either the hang up on me or nobody answer the phone are usually don't do a review but I am really really pissed off of this company I do not recommend anyone they will take your money ...... My fiance and I closed on a house last week that no one has lived in since April, so unsurprisingly there were a lot of cobwebs, dust, and bugs that needed taking care of. I spent 8 hours cleaning the day we moved in and realized I needed extra hands to get it all done before friends and family came over. After a lot of searching, I decided to call Like New Cleaning Services. Let me start off by saying I have never used a cleaning service in my life before. I don't know what's considered "good" or "normal," but I did have some level of expectations. Ms. Stacy, the owner, was immediately able to get me an appointment for the following day which I was extremely grateful for. I was told the estimated price range for a house my size would be about $225-265 for a 5-6 hour job. Keep in mind that I had asked for the Move In/Move Out package which is more expensive than a regular cleaning or a deep cleaning. Other companies I researched had given me prices between $300-600 for the same service so Like New Cleaning was already ahead of the game in terms of pricing. My appointment was scheduled for 8am but the two individuals who were supposed to clean didn't show up until 10:30am. This is just a personal opinion, but I think punctuality should be a priority when you're in a service industry. So the fact that they came 2.5 hours late really irritated me. After a 30 minute walk through, they both got to work. One of the ladies kept joking that she's cleaning a clean house (remember I had spent 8 hours cleaning already) so I feel like she purposely half-assed the job. She also used up about a roll and a half of my paper towels to clean the kitchen counters, scrub the floors, and wipe the cabinets. Long story short, after 3.5 hours of cleaning, my house didn't look any different than when I had cleaned it the day we moved in. When I hired these people, I was imagining I would be left with a sparkling clean house that was fully detailed top to bottom. What I was actually left with was dusty baseboards, cobwebs that hadn't been touched, and stains on my kitchen cabinet that were never removed. I received my invoice via email for $188 covering 4 hours of work. I called Ms. Stacy and told her that the two individuals were only there for 3.5 hours and they didn't do a very good job. Without any hesitation, she dropped the price to $150 and offered to come back on Saturday and clean what was missed herself. When she came by and we did a walk through of the house, she was appalled at how dirty everything still was. I had pointed out the obvious things that were overlooked, but Ms. Stacy saw a ton of more things that I hadn't. She said it was a bigger job than she was able to do by herself so she rescheduled a team to come out on Wednesday to redo everything top to bottom at no charge. So the new appointment was yesterday for 8am. I guess it was no surprise that the first individual didn't show up until 8:30 or 8:45. The second individual came around 9:15. Neither of them had a mop so they asked if they could use mine. Again, since I've never used a cleaning service before, I don't know if this is "normal" but it definitely bothered me that they were using my materials to clean my house. In the end, they did a decent job (the stains were cleaned from my kitchen cabinets, and they even got a tough stain out of the floor). But I can still see cobwebs and a ton of dust under the bathroom vanity upstairs. The one thing that really bothered me is that I had an air freshener from Bath and Body Works sitting on the counter in the restroom. It's a plug-in one but since no one was coming over any time soon I had unplugged it because I didn't want it to go to waste. The gentlemen who cleaned the restroom decided to plug it back in for some reason, but he didn't screw it in properly so the oil leaked all the way down the wall and was laying in a puddle on the floor before I even noticed. It took forever trying to get oil out of the floor and the grout, and it destroyed the paint on my baseboards which my fiance will now need to strip and re-paint. I talked with Ms. Stacy and she said she'll be refunding me $25, so I technically paid $125 for a total of 6 or 6.5 hours of work and two different people having to come out two different times. She also offered me $10 off one service, and 50% off another service to make up for the headache and hassle. The only reason I am giving this company 3 stars is because of Ms. Stacy's proactive approach to reconcile things. You can tell she genuinely cares about her business and about keeping her customers happy. It's hard to find people like her nowadays that are so passionate about their company and will go the extra mile to make things right. Unfortunately though, I don't think I will ever be using a cleaning service again. I will happily spend days trying to clean the house myself than to ever go through this experience again. read more

Prompt AFFORDABLE customer service. I was very hesitant on seeking help and within ten minutes of leaving them a message my call was returned. The rates were affordable and I really got the sense that Stacy (the owner) wanted to work with me. When booking all I knew is that it would be two girls. They were on time. I felt so embarrassed letting someone in my apartment because it wasn't up to where I thought it would be. Melissa & Kay did such a great job of making me feel like there was nothing to be ashamed of and it was truly a non judgement zone. As many times as I attempted to help they always let me know that was what they were there for. Great friendly conversation. Through their cleaning if it was anything that they had questions about where it belonged they'd always ask me.
