Ordered for a move in/out cleaning service since I am out of state. Booked online, but the day of service they did not show up, so I had to call them and they rescheduled for a day after. On the day of, I watched the cleaner do nothing but walk around the house. I have recordings and watched her the whole time. I need this house cleaned in order to list it asap and each day that passes is money lost. I did not put a tip beforehand in the payment because why tip before seeing the service beforehand? I'm glad I didn't. I doubt they will refund, and even if they try and clean, how can I trust them and whoever they send out? If this is the quality of work by the top 1 rated cleaning service in Houston, then what hope is there for anyone else? Almost $500 and all I recieved was frustration, and lost time. Thank you Houston. Thank you Texas. May you lose multitudes more than you have gained from me. Edit: They responded about a day after posting this review and sent out cleaners a day after. From what I could tell through the cameras, the house was cleaned properly this time, but I just didn't understand what they said to be the reason for the first cleaning not being done that there was a roach infestation and then they found the roaches to be dead so they can go ahead and clean it now. I called to get a quote from this company. For weeks after I got the quote, I got an incessant number of texts, emails, calls, and voicemails at all times of the week and weekend. It was incredibly annoying. I would never sign up for a company that pressured me like that -- it felt like I was in a car dealership. Whoever comes they have always done a great job, more than I expect. The house smells and looks clean. They lock up when they leave if I am out. They don't move or put away things so I cannot find them. Never has anything gone missing. They clean things I don't think of like blinds, fans, and other hard to reach places. I have had one problem ever when I thought she was going to clean some dishes and didn't. Very overpriced and useless first deep clean ! I feel so cheated and wish I had not bought into the concept of first deep cleaning , I feel I wasted at least 100 dollars of what I paid them. I tried them a month ago and since then I have tried others like Merry maid , Executive, Elite Cleaning services etc . Detail Services are just sweet talking but they are very heavily overpriced and they keep forcing you to believe in first deep cleaning concept which is total waste of money - get it done if 200 dollars or so don't matter to you at all ! They are only caring about their profit and money ! Not that they are very bad in cleaning, they are ok but you can get better at very less cost ! They should be charging half the price they do for their service , I am so happy to find others which work actually better than them and at way too less cost. Yes you do forward a 4 page document of what you do . If I had that much time to read your document probably I would have cleaned my home myself . You have to realise that your discounted charge is exactly double of what I pay to the company I signed and they do great work . few companies like you are making it a habit to create new practices in market and take as much money as possible from them. I wrote you an email what I want to get done and the price I would pay. you sent me the crew and it is alyways taken that when you dont deny charge and send a crew to work you accept that cost. So please don't blame me if you missed lines in a short email . As for quality I never wrote you do bad job, and I still maintain you are good. But you are over priced - people do just as good job as you at half your cost. and that why you deserve a poor rating. I don't post biased review - if you are nice you are nice but that doesnt mean others are bad and you are not overpriced. Please put some effort in price correction instead of blame games, thats never a good customer service - you would do a better job.
