It was prefect timing for me too since I don't know when the baby will actually come. They've been reminding me through text a couple days before the appointment and even on the appointment day, they texted me that they were on the way. They're very good at communication. I forgot to ask their names, but the workers came in and were very friendly, asking questions like - do I prefer they take their shoes off while working? is there a certain area they should pay attention to? is there anything specific they need to know before they begin? And they were also very friendly about letting my little dachshund run around. For about two hours of cleaning, I can say I am very impressed with their work. My bathtub and toilet were getting a little dirty which was embarrassing but they cleaned it all up and everything looks brand new, white and pearly! They organized my shampoos and conditioners, even wiped down my make up drawers. OH - and they even cleaned out my rice cooker which was seriously the cherry on top! In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied, I am so happy to be sitting in a clean house, and most importantly, it's become a clean environment for when I bring my baby boy home! read more

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service we received, especially considering the premium pricing and the fact that this was booked as a deep cleaning. While we appreciated the cleaner coming back to address some concerns, we continued to notice many missed areas throughout the home. The main kitchen floor still had visible spots and sections that appeared untouched. The recycling in the pull-out bin near the sink was never taken out. Several light fixtures and areas throughout the home were missed, and even small details, such as shoes being moved onto the bench and not returned to where they originally belonged, showed a lack of attention to detail. More concerning was the fact that our half bathroom was completely missed and untouched during the initial cleaning. We expected the team to communicate with us if something had been overlooked rather than leaving without addressing it. A professional deep cleaning company should have a clear checklist, strong communication, and quality control measures in place. We also paid an additional fee specifically for baseboards to be cleaned, and many of them were still untouched. At this point, we are continuously finding more things that were missed despite these services being listed as included in the deep cleaning package. This was our first deep cleaning service, so we had high expectations. Instead of being able to focus on our children and simply maintain the home afterward, I still had to go back and clean myself. My fiancé even expressed that he felt we should have just handled it ourselves. My mother also had to come over to help clean afterward, and we are still discovering things that were overlooked. At this point, we have decided to hire another company to come deep clean the home properly because this did not feel like a true deep cleaning. It felt more like a surface or spot clean despite the services that were advertised as included. The only reason we are giving a 2 out of 5-star rating is because the company did send someone back to touch up some areas and attempted to make things right, but we still continued finding missed baseboards and other overlooked items afterward, and at this point, we no longer feel confident in the level of detail, communication, and reliability we expected from a professional deep cleaning service. If a deep clean is what you desire without micromanaging this company will not be a great fit for you. If you choose this company, please be prepared to follow the cleaners from room to room watching them and having somebody to watch each Cleaner as they clean. read more

I always know with big cleaning companies, every little task costs. An extra 10 min job to wipe another floor and a mirror required a call to the office and a call to the "techs" at my home. On top, they were pouting about having to do extra work even while getting the pay for approved (which I reluctantly gave) because they were "trying to leave." Don't get me wrong, overall the major tasks were done correctly and very well. However, I don't like having to haggle for an 2 minute mirror wipe down. I always appreciate the smaller businesses or solo housekeepers because a stronger and more consistent relationship is built. Hope Naturalcare becomes that small kind of business again. read more

I got a deep cleaning a little over a month ago and paid about $500. One of the cleaners arrived outside of the scheduled time after I specifically asked them to arrive during the window because I had a work call. The cleaning was alright. My house is pretty clean already and there honestly wasn't much difference after. There was still dust left along baseboards and window ledges but the cleaners were polite so I wasn't going to bother with a review. The problem is that we discovered a broken picture frame a few days later that no one reported. The broken piece was hidden behind a computer console so was not immediately noticeable. I contacted the company and asked for the tip back along with $50 for the broken frame. It has been almost a month now with weekly reminders from me and I still have not received the full amount. This housekeeping service has a very respectable owner. About 1 month ago, my girlfriend booked this service based off of the highly rated reviews that were given on Google and on here, Yelp. She thought she had done the best she could by researching companies with high ratings. We weren't left too pleased. After the 1st cleaning wasn't exactly what we expected for the $140+ cost for our 2 bedroom apartment, we reached out to management. They replied that that understood & would be sending out another cleaning crew to make sure the cleaning that we paid for, was accomplished appropriately. They sent out another cleaning crew. The problem is that this cleaning crew actually did a worse job than the 1st one did. We promptly reached out to management with our concerns, once again, and awaited a response. That did not happen. After notifying management on 10/22 & not hearing back by 11/5, I decided to leave a public review on Google & here, on Yelp. The review was very negative. Immediately the owner reached out. He was very nice and genuinely seemed to way to rectify the situation, not just repair the review status. He refunded the money we paid & apologized, even offered explanations for each step of the process that was done in a fashion less than expected. My original review was categorized much lower than this one. The owner, Chad, is the reason I edited this review and increased the rating. I don't have plans to book them for another cleaning, but I appreciate the fact that he reached out to remedy the situation. That says a lot about the owner. Had he offered to clean a 3rd time instead of refunding, I would have given him the chance. I'm not mad & now appreciate his customer service. read more

These are the best cleaners around. They are always super sweet and professional. I have been using them twice a month for about a year and a half. They have been cognizant of safety protocols throughout covid. I always have them steam my sofa, which makes a huge difference in its overall maintenance. I've never had a bad experience. This company absolutely sucks. They do not train their techs properly and are way over priced. When I walked into my home it reeked of vinegar and garbage. It didn't smell clean at all. I got this cleaning service as a package gift for my parents to help around the house and because my my 2 dogs stay with my mother all day while I'm at work (an older Great Dane and Great Dane-Mastiff - a lot to clean up after). My mom has had a not-so-great experience with past cleaning service so she was uneasy about trying someone new, and a little worried that they couldn't be thorough enough with the dogs in the way and that the natural products wouldn't be enough. After the first cleaning she was so 'meh' about it having them back again that I put the service on hold. BUT this is a 5-star review for a reason!: the manager noticed we cancelled next service and called to see if anything was wrong. I explain that the service was purchased as a gift for my parents but seemed to be more stressful than helpful and I wasn't sure if there was anything specific I could suggest to make things go more smoothly. She listens and asks if they can come back and give it another try. The next time the manager actually joins the cleaning crew and takes the time to talk to my mother, go over their products, answer questions and provide details about the service. When she follow up I let her know that my mom's still worried about trying to get the dogs out of the way but is much happier about everything. The next time around the team brings treats for the dogs and - while still doing a fabulous job cleaning - take the time to make sure both my mom and the pups are at ease with everyone in the house. All that to say- Naturalcare definitely went the extra mile and took the additional time and effort not just to do an amazing job cleaning the house but to ensure everyone was comfortable and happy! I literally had a baby three days before they came AND we had just finished our master bathroom remodel, so our house was an absolute disaster. Between the baby coming a little earlier than expected, to the construction dust, our house was awful. However, they got everything into shape and even were sweet enough to do our dishes in the sink and put fresh sheets on all the beds. Seriously. Their professionalism was unmatched, and the girls were also so sweet and respectful. A perfect example was they were aware enough to ask if they could run the vacuum when our newborn was sleeping - which obviously was fine, but I just really appreciate that respect from them. THIS FREAKING COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLE - in a super amazing way. I got the 'deep clean' and MY GOD am I over the moon with what a good decision that was. First of all, the two ladies show up on time at 8:30am like I was told. They are sweet as pie and all chipper and smiley when they show up which I LOVED. And, at the risk of being persecuted, I also was very happy that both ladies spoke perfect english. Take that however you want to, but when there's not a language barrier, things are less awkward and more awesome. So I loved both of these ladies and their attitudes from the get go. Secondly, they were SO fast and efficient and thorough!! When they say "everything will be cleaned, from the baseboards to the ceiling fans", they totally mean it. They cleaned stuff I didn't even expect them to. They did my dishes! MY DISHES. Inside the oven, inside the microwave, inside the fridge. EVERY surface was cleaned. Every piece of furniture, the blinds, the fans, the corners, everything. My sinks have never shined like this. My toilets had some hard stains in them that I tried EVERYTHING - bleach, everything - to try and get rid of them. But I just couldn't get them out. Those ladies obliterated those stains. I can't even tell where they were now! It's like freaking magic - seriously. Like, witchcraft. Lol. They even went so far as to fold the end of the toilet paper on the rolls into little triangles - like hotels do. I don't even wanna touch anything in my house right now. I scheduled a Move In Clean for our new house. We had had minor remodeling so it was extra dusty. I thought I was paying for a full day clean with 3-4 people at approximately $1000. Long story short, the 4 ladies did a great job in a total of about 20 hours between them. This makes for an incredible hourly rate of $50 per hour. I think that the service is over priced. read more

In preparation of moving into our new home, I booked a Move In/Out Deep clean, added the Fridge/Oven/Window package and added the Hand-wipe Baseboard package. Then I added a Second Oven package when they called to say the first package was only for one oven. The total for all these items was $678.73. The house was empty at the time & I was expecting the home to be spotless after the clean & it was not. There was still mold in the all the edges/corners of the master shower, dirt buildup around every drain, window sills were dirty, the baseboards on the first floor were still visibly dirty, the three hanging light fixtures in the kitchen were solidly dusty, etc. Honestly, I stopped looking because I was only getting angrier. I'm just not sure what was even done besides vacuum, sweep and basic wipe down of surfaces. It was no where near the quality I should have received for $678. My mom actually asked if I was going to have someone come do a deep clean - she had no idea the deep clean already happened. The first time the cleaning team were great, no issues at all. I decided to book them again and was VERY disappointed with the lack of communication. This company does nothing but try to upsell you on services. When I requested this deep clean, I also requested a steam clean to the carpet. I was contacted via email by Cynthia to let me know it would cost $35 extra. I had provided my consent via the same email and they didn't even do it. Additionally, on the request checklist, it shows up as $25 - I'm curious to know why Cynthia charged me an extra $10 for said service? While the cleaners were already here, I got a call from Cynthia notifying me it would be an extra $20 to wash the dishes. On their website, it states dishes are included. Nowhere does it specify the amount of dishes that the cleaner will load into the dishwasher before you incur a $20 fee. I've had more included for the price and better services with other cleaning establishments in Houston. read more

We had them come out for a "move out" cleaning, because moving is already stressful and we didn't want to also clean our old apartment to the level we wanted. A three person team came out, and did a great job getting it back to a presentable status for the community's check. It smelled great when we came in, and the stove top/oven and fridge looked brand new. Only two minor issues, but the good definitely outweighs those two small things. Overall I definitely recommend the company, and feel if there's any issues they are quick to resolve. Will look into having them clean our new place as well. read more
