Lil' Pantry is a gas station convenience store right off of I-5. It offers the usual snacks, drinks and lotto tickets. There's also a "beer cave" and a hot food counter serving fries, burgers, etc. Staff was cordial. The bathroom is outside the car wash and isn't super clean, but will do in a pinch. read more

FIRST TO REVIEW! My 350th review. 5 Stars-- Good convenient store. Fuel, all of the snacks and drinks you need in one place. What made this convenient store different was the people and the food. They have different food than most, they have pies whole and by the slice, good prices and selection. They have good sales such as 3/$2 or 99 cents each-- for big bottles of water (get a 3rd for 2 cents!... bargain!). The place was clean, in a good location off the freeway, near hotels, and food. Be sure to stop here if you're traveling on I-5 and need the basics for a road trip! read more

.The stores are great only because of the employees. The one thing I do not like about These stores is the way the people are treated by management. I go to at least 6 different stores every week and have heard people speaking of the lack of supplies to make the business stay clean, the lack of training and the turn over rate is crazy. I'm not sure who mace is but that dude sucks and Dale shouldn't be as rude as he is in front of customers or to his employes. I have tracked how much I spend at a lil pantry every month and I can say that I should be a valued customer. But hearing that my money spent is going to some asshole doesn't make me feel that way. read more

20 minutes to buy 5 things. No lines, just uneducated staff. Then it turned out the charged for 6. If you value your time go elsewhere.

Once again 6pm today to order a double burger and a pound of fried mushrooms. Told they can't fix either the grill is out. Last I knew the fryer cooked mushrooms it cooked the spoiled poppers and chicken wings that were old and burned in the counter display. Was told I could only have what's in the display case. People that work here are lazy and food in the display case is discussing. I can't believe the kitchen is totally shut down at 6pm. I went to Taco Bell instead and bought my cigarettes at the smoke shop. Take my business elsewhere besides Lil pathetic pantry. read more

The restroom at the Lil' Pantry is the dirtiest restroom I have ever experienced in the US. No toilet paper or paper towels either. I'll never go back. read more

The lady who works at the deli at night is extremely rude and shows a lot of negative attitude toward her customers. Lil Pantry must be very desperate to be settling for such a low caliber employee. I called ahead of time with my order and showed up 10 minutes later. It was not busy at all, in fact I was the only one at the deli. I came in and she completely ignored me while I stood at the front. And then I mentioned that I was the one who called earlier and she very rudely told me that I'm just going to have to wait another 10 minutes. I have no problem waiting and I kind of expected to. Such a shame. I live by there and used to purchase car washes there. So I was under the impression if you purchase $20 of gas you get the $10 car wash for $5. So I told the gentleman to give me $20 in gas because I wanted the wash. So as the gas was pumping I looked and saw it was going to rain and asked the gentleman if I could purchase it now and use it later. He said it could be used within 7 days but I'd need a receipt and he'd run inside and grab me one so I gave him $25 and he kindly did that. So I go today up to the car wash and the fellow told me that receipt was not good for a wash so I told him the story and he just repeated it was no good. I went inside and found a manager who again told me it was no good and I was about angry at this time and I told them I wouldn't go there again and the guy said ok bye. I guess they can keep my $5 and have a crappy Yelp review. read more

This is a Shell Gas station just off the 5 fwy in Grants Pass - so a lot of out of town customers here making a quick stop to get gas and be on their way. We did just that and went to the Restroom which is located out side the car wash. It turned out to be the most disgusting dirty restroom ever. Went to the cashier lady in the store and told her and she asked someone to get the place cleaned. I also filled up a cup of coffee and there was no cream/milk at the coffee counter. Went to ask the cashier lady about the coffee creamer and she had it under her cash counter from where she gave me some. First time I have seen a place were they do not keep any creamer near the coffee machine but hide it under their cash counter. What a bunch of cheap people!! read more

This place sells bulk propane--all good and well. The attendant filled my tank and gave me a receipt and told me to take it inside the store to pay and then show me the receipt afterwards. So I went in and paid. Went outside and showed my receipt and went on my way. Now, two weeks later, checking my credit card statement, I see that there is another charge of $4.00 made on the card, showing a vending machine item. NO WAY DID I PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE! So, that means that the cashier just ran another purchase through for something for himself? That's the only conclusion I can come to. That's fraud. read more

I wish I could give no stars, but unfortunately that's not a possibilty. They cannot make a correct sandwich to save their lives! I have a severe reaction to cheese and every time I had them make my sandwich where I clearly say NO CHEESE, they continue to put it on. They are inconsiderate as well and not really friendly. They can't remember orders, they can't get the food right, and their customer service sucks! I will not give my business to Lil Pantry ever again after the multiple bad experiences that they have given me. read more

So this local deli/ gas chain is known for their sandwiches. The smoked turkey is best around. That is all trumped by the worst customer service within 100 miles! Add to that the fact they rarely have the smoked turkey in stock. The ladies making the sandwiches act like you are an inconvenience to their day and will ask what you want CONTINUOUSLY even though you have clearly stated it several times- they just don't care, they run around acting like unsupervised children. I would recommend avoiding the lil pantry stores unless you have no choice. read more

Dishonest gas pump service. I was paying with cash. The attendant told me it was $20.00 I couldn't believe my car took that much gas as it was slightly over half full. The gas sign says $2.99 for cash. He sheepishly asked me if I would like a receipt. I said yes. He came back after quite a wait and said he owed me 36 cents. I said keep it, but when I looked at my receipt it said I was owed 64 cents. At the pump it read $20.00...so just THINK of the amount of change these attendants keep every day from their cash buyers. Is it an individual or is it a company thing? As convenient as it is to get gas at this station we will NEVER buy it there or from any other Lil' Pantry gas station again. read more

I have been to a couple of the Little Pantry stores in the one in Rogue River by far is the worst. But it is true that the customer service in all of them is horrible. Why is that? Nobody that works in that store looks like they're happy to be there so what's really going on inside the lil pantry stores? The sandwiches used to be ok, I would stop in and get one for lunch on my way to work. now the bread is either molding or stale, the meat seems to taste expired. I will not ever get another sandwich from these places again. It would be okay if it was just one of the locations but it seems there is no customer service in any of them and all the deli's seem to be going downhill... as far as sandwiches go there's a new Subway in Rogue River, they will now get my business. read more
