Our Trader Joe's here in Medford is one of the very best in which I have ever shopped. (The other…read moreone was in Santa Fe.). But, honestly, I think ours is the very best. In a time of both "shrinkflation" and inflation, Trader Joe's does a great job of providing top notch products with competitive prices. I buy a lot of things here, including pasture-raised eggs, half-and-half, whipping cream, organic butter, large 72% dark Belgian chocolate bars that I use in cooking, potatoes, organic produce of various kinds, ground, turkey, ground lamb, turkey at Thanksgiving, prime rib at Christmas, artisan cheese, Australian, red shrimp, the best beef bone broth, as well as chicken and turkey bone broth that I have ever purchased, and many seasonal items. I thoroughly enjoy how sweet, happy -- and knowledgable -- all of the employees are. It is such a pleasure to go there. It's sort of like attending a party with friends while grocery shopping!!! I would give our Trader Joe's 1000 stars if I could. Thank you for all that you do for Southern Oregon.

Delicious snacks, sandwiches, smoothies and coffee drinks. They have vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options. Their little cakes are gorgeous! Outside seating includes covered and open-air. I literally plan my drive from Reno to Oregon to always include a stop at this Co-op!

As an avid juicer, I personally don't like majority of juices you can buy because they're just not fresh enough. The flavor isn't the same. But here, they use organic produce and make the juice fresh on the spot - it is a centrifugal juicer but as long as you drink it relatively quickly it doesn't matter. We tried a slice of the gluten free pizza, it was the best gluten free pizza I've had. Crisp on the bottom, not floppy but it wasn't super hard or dry either. The crust was actually delicious and overall just really good. I would imagine their non gluten free pizza is really good if the gluten free is that good. The grocery store itself is also great. Fantastic selection, great bulk area. Friendly staff. Good vibes. Highly recommend.

I have bought their cooked shrimpcto eat that night and twice it was rotten. The produce is not always great. The limes I just bought were dry. I needed three to get an ounce of juice. Then I spend 10 minutes logging into their app to get 2 dollars off a jar of pasta sauce. A saving grace is one time a woman working produce ask me if I needed help while I was logging in to get a digital coupon for a pineapple. She put a sticker on it with the sale price so I could move one with my day. It can be that easy.

Entering the state of Oregon means no sales tax for us Californians…read more We'd plan to be in Oregon for a week's stay so we wanted to load up on groceries. First thing first - refuel our gas tank. I used my sister's Fred Myer loyalty membership # to get a discount on gas. I think we saved three cents a gallon. The second time we didn't provide the number as it wasn't a big savings. In Oregon they have gas attendants to pump your gas. Years ago hubby got out of the car to pump gas and the attendant knew right away we were from California where we pump our own gas. Fred Myer is a like a Target, but on a larger scale. They sell clothes, garden supplies, household goods, food, bakery, deli etc. Their store layout is kind of weird. It's one floor. It looks more like an office building than a store at first glance. We saved $18 in groceries using my sister's Fred Myer loyalty membership #. The best edible was the Angel food cake found in the bakery department. I wished our local supermarket could replicate it.
