Worst Pharmacy ever and I'm in my 70's. Don't bother using. Went to get my refilled chemo meds. The price due was wrong and I asked the Blonde Clerk to rerun as my Doctor had talked to the Insurance Company and it was going to change considerably for me. She was totally put out but did see it went from $99 to $5. I was in the Drive thru and had already waited over 10 minutes and she had the prescription in her hand. She sent me to the back of all the cars waiting, and when I finally got back to the window over 15minutes later, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for someone to come the window. The man was very nice and had to change a couple of things in the computer, which the Blonde could have done. She was very rude and definitely is not helping your Customers or Reputation Walgreens. read more

I walked up to buy a couple of items, and the little blond-haired girl with a funny hat started checking me out. As she does so she is blabbering with the girl next to her, and never looks up, acknowledges me, or says a word throughout the process. Still have to stand in line and wait.(both times the line took at least 25 minutes)Then fill out paperwork and then wait for pharmacist to give vaccines. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!! Quite possibly the worst place in GP!!!! I waited for 10-15 min in the pharmacy line for a dreaded Flu shot!!!!!! In front of the pharmacy there was even a BIG sign touting how you can get the flu shot here!!!! When I finally got up to the window and told the girl I wanted a flu shot, she asked the so called pharmacist, who was slumped over the table, if he (short, bald...) could give me a flu shot or if I needed to make an appointment? He looked over at me and looked at her and said APPOINTMENT!! That's the only thing he said. I immediately felt discriminated against and left. The customers that were in front of me trying to pick up refills, that they had called in, were told to come back another time as they weren't ready!!! They weren't able to handle that either!!!!!!!!!! As I was leaving the store, 2 lazy workers were standing in the aisle just talking about their personal lives while this lady was looking for some help I wished her good luck and went on my merry way!!!!!! I won't be back here!!!! In addition, this pharmacy takes an hour lunch break and doesn't work weekends so what is the problem here??????? This is the PRIMA DONNA of pharmacy's where the workers get weekends off and lunch breaks!!!!! Yet EVERYONE in the pharmacy dept. seems ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE!!!!! The service is really bad now. They won't answer the phone and the phone app is useless. You put in an order for a prescription refill on the app and it just stays there with nothing happening. They took the BiMart pharmacy out of operation and now have appalling service for their customers. They have really created a bad situation for the community. read more

I just witnessed a group of 6 teenagers walk around Walgreens without masks, touching whatever they wanted. I have asthma. I would think a pharmacy would be a safe place for me to not contract Covid-19. I was wrong. When I confronted the employee at the checkout counter, I was told they don't enforce mask policy. read more

I'm giving this review only based on my experience with the pharmacy. I did not shop there otherwise. I use another Walgreens in my home town and needed to fill 2 prescriptions while on my trip. (Side note: I tried to get this done before leaving but the one day I could pick them up, my local Walgreens was closed...I mean the entire store...because of a glitch in their payment system) I could never through on the phone so I went in. Only 2 people ahead of me, but only one employee working the register and the drive through and the vaccinating. It took awhile! I was about to compliment her on how calm she was with all she had to do, but no. An apparently new girl came to the register when it was my turn and she didn't know how to transfer a script so she had to ask that other gal. Then she told me that I did not have any refills but my other pharmacy had told me it was ready. So I politely mentioned that and was asking her to double check. She told me I had to call the doctor to send them the prescription, that there were NO refills since August. Weird because i just went to the eye Dr and they usually update it and dbl checked the pharmacy. Then this calm person got hot with me to where I looked at her and put my hand up and said "it's ok, it's ok, it's ok". I did not mean to touch a nerve or be the one to cause her to go postal! It was quite uncomfortable. I opted not to return and chose RITE AID instead! By the time I was leaving the line was so long! I'm guessing there was a good 30 plus minutes wait! read more

I will take my business elsewhere after having to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to get my prescription. Both windows were being used for Covid paperwork. I complained to the manager who was a unsympathetic jerk. Finally. He said he would take my complaint into advisement then concluded our conversation with "It was a decision from the main office. I got an automated call from Walgreens asking if I wanted to refill my prescription. I went through all the steps and they said it would be ready for pick up the next day. Since they are closed for lunch when I am available I thought I would just pop in on Saturday. The pharmacy is closed weekends. I got Covid, I got a prescription for Paxlovid sent into this Walgreens. I called to have curbside pickup since their drive through is closed and they wouldn't answer the phone . The automated phone system is a dead end too. I ended up having to go in with COVID and stand in line. They then couldn't find my prescription. I started to drive home (which is far away) and they called and said that they found it so I turned around and went back. I still had to go in the store with COVID. (I was masked). I sure hope that I didn't infect others. I wont be going to this Walgreens again for prescriptions. I got my first COVID shot at Bi Mart. They closed their pharmacy and shuttled everyone to Walgreens. I set up an appointment for my booster three weeks ago. Got several texts reminding me of the appointment. Drove an hour to get there today (another reminder this morning), to be met by a pharmacy employee who told me they didn't do weekend shots anymore. I told her I'd just gotten a reminder from Walgreens this morning. She said, corporate blah, blah, blah. I asked to see the manager. She (Kelly) came out and, attempting to be polite, I explained my situation. If she had given any less of a crap, she would have literally fallen asleep in front of me. Unbelievable. I needed a bottle of insulin because I broke my spare while visiting my parents. I normally use Humalog insulin which is a fast acting insulin and thus it costs a great deal more than what I was after. I figured I'd get Novolin R which is a slower insulin but would cover me second best until I get home and in the past have only paid $39 for a bottle compared to my usual which costs $450. I went to Walgreens and tried to purchase the bottle and they wanted $166 cash for it!!! WHAT!!!!??? They told me they can't even get it from their supplier for less than $130 a bottle. I then called Walmart and they are now selling me a bottle for $24.99. I should have started with them in the first place. read more

I was simply walking over to drop off my redbox rental and I couldn't help but notice ALL the litter that was splattered all over the parking lot! Trash was everywhere, including some drink cups sitting around and a dirty pillow that was on the sidewalk on the side of the building. I asked question about register rewards "coupon" I got last time. She explained it really poorly. So I asked a follow up question to clarify. I love Walgreens. It's my go to when I don't want to fight the crowds at winco and Wal-Mart. Great deals with the card and their point system is great. My son's a huge Minecraft fanatic and their plush characters had been 10$ for months, finally they went on sale and I had just enough points to make it free. Happy mom equals happy child. The customer service is always friendly, the store and bathrooms are always clean. Walgreens is where it's at. Today they have major sales on soda 3/10 and 2/5 with a 5,000 bonus. read more

The store is kept really clean and well stocked all the time. The staff tends to be non existent though and one of the cashiers doesn't seem to have the best customer service. I had to use Walgreens for my prescriptions because that is where my prescription insurance sent me. I have to say first that whoever runs the pharmacy, probably corporate, is responsible for the lack of workers and pharmacists. I dreaded refilling a prescription, from the phone call, to the pick-up, everything was slow, people were rude, prescriptions were not ready for hours, even if you were just out of the hospital. I was told numerous times, "we did not receive the fax from your doctor", or other excuses as to why my prescription was not ready. In the drive up one very hot day, I sat in my car in the sun for at least 15 minutes. I got out of my car to find out how much longer I would have to wait because the heat was very hard on me. I walked up to the window just to ask the and the worker at the window YELLED, "get back in your car". I and others were shocked at her demeanor. When I finally was able to drive up to the window I asked her, "why did you have to yell at me?" I do not consider that an adult who is there to serve customers needs to yell to get her point across. I never went to the drive up window again. And I feel that woman needed mental help. I am thankful I have been able to change pharmacies. read more

I refilled my husband's prescription here three months ago, however he was shorted 4 pills in his 90 day supply. He get two 90 day prescriptions and when one runs out before the other, you can figure something is wrong. Anyway I refills the meds yesterday and counted the pills when I got home. He was shorted 3 pills in one of the bottles. Is this a way for the pharmacy to make more money? Is it just human error? It seems odd that the same RX was shorted both times I refilled. I called to complain and was told to bring the bottle in and they would give me the shorted meds but now I am uncomfortable with the pharmacy and now I will have to count every time I get a prescription. Walgreend advertises their 24 hour pharmacy. Don't believe it. They are often closed both at the drive-up and in-store counter.

Love that this walgreens is open 24/7. The ppl here are always nice and always asking to help.
