Then proceeded to tell us they believed we have all been over served and we needed to leave. Remember this was only our SECOND winery, and we are all in the service industry (we know when to cut people off). They were offended by us and our fun right from the get go. Food and drink included an eclectic selection of mixed drinks, wines, specialty liquors, and mixers. My drink included some beautiful accoutrements -- edible flowers and exotic herbs -- served in a large wine glass with a 4 cm dia. ice sphere (instead of cubes) for visual appeal, better chilling, and less dilution. There was also an appetizing spread of finger foods, charcuterie, and crudités. A live music group with a nice repertoire of memorable tunes gave people a reason to dance. Toward the end of the event, when activities started to slow, Linda provided a tour of the indoor space with casks.
