You've got a strong firm compassionate yoga family of solid professional yoga instructors. I highly respect each & every one of them. Each are spectacular in their whys to how marvelously well they DO teach yoga. Love love love how each location mirrors the other location to how well each instructor mirrors another instructor of last week teachings @THR. TY. This is what I've learned. THR IS a totally safe space to explore & practice yoga. Professionals are a norm. I don't feel pressured or anything bad but learning how to do yoga. Being party to a venue who shares the same values I live since forever, I know I'm at the right space to invest in myself to love more. What I mostest value about THR is the mere fact it's purely yoga. Each location has the exact same premise in directive as its sister location. Each instructor wants to teach, wants to help, wants to encompass the namaste of being the light to love wholly for another light to shine for or to in the greater good. Ty. I've not felt ANY bs at all. No drama. No toxic. I've never ever had an instructor who called me out in a class for needing to adjust myself (catch my bearings). Nor have I ever had any teacher @THR hit me on the back of my head bc I had my head too high, not aligned. I've not had any instructor(s) cause any toxic drama for me in my home(s), no THR students being used by a venue to create toxic bs. No attempts to mirror toxicity to my home (s) for a series of things to try to be rewritten in a bruised ego. That's now in my rear view. Ty God for having my back. Ty THR for being as such. A solid place with good human beings. In fact of the matter @THR, there are NO egos. What I've seen & felt from day one (2018) & again last year (2025) is pure humility in practice for yoga. I know if I go on a retreat with THR, I won't be left alone in the middle of the woods without access to come home so a dog could be picked up. I know that my fiancé won't be contacted for a date esp when he was not a client. I know my yoga teacher won't blame me when something too weird happens, unyoga related. These things WILL never happen at THR. It is my hope that God helps those who decided to use others for personal gain to stop. Maybe take a yoga class lead by fabulous yoga teachers teaching yoga @ THR. It's purely yoga at THR. May the light that shines in me blessed by God shines brighter to anyone who is in the dark now. May God place good people in your life for you to see your value for the whys you need to learn about yourself. Each of us is made for a purpose. Finding that purpose takes God's help. The HOT Room downtown Indy on NY Street helped me find the woman I had forgotten about long ago. Me. I still love others. Even tho life punches me, God is what I fear the most. I'm a little more discerning these days by the actions taken by a fragile ego by others. THR has afforded me knowledge to learn how to trust my intuition & see what serves me for a better way to live without hate but to love more.

After class, they are very knowledgeable about membership questions or any other questions I might have had. I watch them clean the floors and clean the things that we use during in class right after class.
