It's kind of a mixed review. I had the 30-minute foot massage and 60 min full body massage. The price menu was unclear about pricing as the red price is only if you pay in cash. I added the lavender oil for $10. So what I thought was $105 dollar service, it ended up being $115. It's not a huge difference. The place was clean but very low budget decor. The actual massage was very basic. The practioner was pushing on my spine and other bones. Also, it was way too heavy-handed around the organs. Overall, it was not the relaxing experience i had hoped for. I typically fall asleep during a foot massage or full body massage. Not here. I was too concerned about her skill set. My guess is other people may enjoy this experience. I know lots of people like a lot of pressure. I do not and asked for gentle pressure. My least favorite part was the practioner hovering around when I was asked about leaving a tip. And I did give a 20% tip, which I felt was generous considering the experience. This has been my go to place for years. But my last two visits were disappointing. It's involved the same lady both times that seems to be making up her own prices. There's a price menu directly in front of where I pay so I know what I should be paying but in both situations she adds $10 onto the cost. And I tip well so it can't be that. I went in for a 30 minute foot massage and on the menu it says $35 cash price. She had me pay $45 and then I tipped another $15. The first time, the massage said $65 on the menu and she told me it was $75 and I tipped $30. The massage itself was very mediocre with light pressure when I asked for deep tissue. I just pay what they think I owe but for that reason I can't return feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Why list prices that have changed? read more

Maybe because the rooms have a door but the room is not inclosed at the top. There is a thin opening at the top of the wall close to the ceiling to each room. I go here as often as I can and I went recently because I was having hip pain. When the session started I began to hear a woman yelling in the back of the place, this kind of took me out of the relaxation. I then made sure to tell the lady that I really wanted her to work on my hip because of the pain and she did not work on my hip at all. I was disappointed with this so I planned on tipping 15 instead of 20. The massage was 95, I gave the man in the front 120 and asked for change. Instead of giving me the right change he only gave me 5 dollars and said the rest was for her. He did not even give me the choice of what to give her, I was so taken a back I just walked away. I presented my punch card and asked the employee to mark my card for the last time this visit would give me a free massage on the next visit. The employee refused to honor the request. He took the card and said Lilac Massage would no longer honor the promotion and he refused to return the card. I have been attending this location for several years and the employees have been stamping my punch card and never informed me that the promotion for a free massage had ended. I went to the Craig location yesterday after having 2 days that it was hurting to even turn my head. They were able to get me in the same day, which was great. I don't remember the name of the lady who did my 90 minute full body, but she was fantastic! I like a lot of pressure, so I circled 10 on the chart. The lady wasn't afraid to apply plenty of pressure! My only complaint is that it was a little uncomfortable in my lower back when I turned onto my back, and it would have been better if I had a pillow under my knees. read more

I used to love this place, and would treat myself to reflexology sessions on occasion. I called in late June 2023 to get an appointment. The rate went from 40 dollars to 60 dollars. Like most massage places there is pressure to tip large. Like ten to twenty dollars. So my 60 dollar reflexology is 80 dollars. I called back and canceled my appointment. These are the cash prices.
