This company was hired to deliver a mattress that I ordered and it's been a nightmare. I've called to get a delivery time and they say they will call me back later that day, or transfer me to a number to leave a voicemail. I have yet to be contacted by them and it's been nearly two weeks of my bed sitting in their warehouse, without a delivery date set. The company I purchased the mattress from can also not get ahold of them, with the phone number now saying no one is available at this number. I had called several places before I ended up hiring Lile North American. I have had a really hard time these past four months. I think it's important that I go ahead and get personal. My husband passed away in December. I am having to put my house up for sale. And of course, finding a new place to stay. I was concerned at first being charged by the hour. But these two guys came in and they were done before I could even turn around. They did an excellent job. And the one thing that I really appreciated the most is they had this great sense of humor. They lost all the hardware to put my furniture back together, stole all my Christmas presents, destroyed furniture, left a dresser mirror leaning against a window and left me, a small woman , to put it together. This company does not deserve your business, I urge you to stay away from it. I had a mattress delivery scheduled within a two hour window in a city that takes 20 minutes to cross completely (Eugene, OR). They missed the appointment entirely, and I received no call letting me know that they wouldn't be making it. I drive delivery, if I am going to miss a two-hour delivery window, I would know that well before I even got close to the end of what window. I call the company and am told they are "one house away" which among subsequent calls is still told me to me a half hour later. Eventually, the rep tells me that despite her efforts she has been unable to contact the drivers and that we need to re-schedule, so I don't know how she's able to confirm that "one house away" is even true. And they aren't rushing to fix this and re-schedule me the next day, soonest they could do is four days away. The whole point of a large delivery window is to insure that even with unexpected delays, an item still arrives on time, so when you can't make a two-hour delivery window it means that management is doing a seriously terrible job or that your truck got in an accident, neither of which you want as somebody moving your valuable items and keepsakes. If I could put no stars I would. We have never moved across the country, so we were trying to find the best moving company to help make it as smooth as possible. But this company made it the hardest and worst experience ever. Since the beginning there were so many red flags that it wasn't going to be great, but we wanted to give it a chance I honestly don't know why. We asked for a quote for specific dates and we did this 2 months before our move. To begin with they wrote the wrong dates and we had to ask them not once, but multiple times to fix the dates because that's not what we asked for, Randy said he did but he never actually did. It always seemed like we were doing us a favor because we had to call email message to finally get a set date to when they were going to pick up our stuff. When we finally had a date they told us that WE had to call to see at what time the guys were going to pick up everything, my husband had to take the day off and not get paid to do this, and the guys were late to pick up our stuff. So when we thought we were finally done chasing this company to do business with them, it was and it's still is only the beginning. Our stuff got picked up on June 1 and today is June 28 we still don't know when our stuff is going to be delivered. We've called and email several times and sometimes they say their phones are down, they get hacked and the last time Noah was sick so that means there's literally NOBODY to give us any information or at least to talk to us. This is the worst and most stressful move ever. We are now living at our new place and we've had to buy stuff because they still haven't delivered our stuff. We moved on June 12 because Noah and Randy said our stuff was going to get delivered between the 15-17 of June which it turned out to be a complete lie. And there's nobody to talk to because they won't answer emails or calls. read more

There were many positive aspects to these movers, so I'll list those first: -On time delivery. They arrived on the earlier side of their projected window. -Polite and friendly movers who were courteous and respectful of the home. Also good sports about the difficulty of the move; it's an impossibly hard job they do, and they do it with a smile. Aspects that led to my 3-star rating: -One of the movers injured himself badly by moving my piano, and I found out upon further inquiry that this was because the moving company didn't supply the necessary equipment. I asked in advance several times if moving my upright piano would be OK, or if I should hire specialized piano movers; the company assured me repeatedly that they do this all the time. They sent 3 movers and no special equipment. When they realized how difficult the piano was, we waited for a fourth mover to arrive, and then there was a mishap and one of them needed a paramedic and left. (Poor guy!!) Then we waited and two more movers arrived. I felt guilty about this until I learned that they have a pulley system and the company didn't send it. I think the company should prioritize a piano move and be more attentive to the safety of their employees. Either that or cover the cost of an outside specialist to handle the piano. -I have been living out of a suitcase for 2 months. I was SO excited to get my dresser installed so I could start to unpack! The mover in charge of assembly insisted he could not find the hardware for the dresser anywhere. Not in any of the drawers, not in any boxes, etc. I ran to the hardware store and bought some screws; he said they were too small. The movers left the dresser for me to deal with in the absence of hardware, which seemed understandable at the time, but... read on. I had to knock on a neighbor's door for help; he loaned me a power tool and screws, we set everything up, and then--alas! When I started unpacking I found the hardware RIGHT INSIDE the dresser drawer, wrapped up, labeled "dresser hardware." How could 5 movers have missed this? I suppose it was nothing more than an inconvenience to me and my neighbor, but it set me back an entire morning and I was just baffled by the oversight. The mover was so adamant that he had looked EVERYWHERE. -My things sat in a warehouse for several weeks before the movers had a scheduling opening. A move that was predicted to take 4 weeks took 7. I felt impatient by the end and wondered what's happening that caused this; note, though, that my move was facilitated by two further companies, Accelerated International and M. Dyer. Anyone along that chain could be responsible for the delay and I'm not sure whom. read more

They delivered my mattress and adjustable base as part of the White Glove Delivery that comes with the purchase of mattress, 6 months ago. They did a great job delivering. Then I decided a few weeks ago to return the mattress within the 180-day-trial for a refund. They did a great job with the pickup today (6/30/2021) of the mattress. It was done within 10 minutes. To be fair, I prepared well with a clear path and all sheets off the mattress. But they were early, which worked out well, and they were quick. One of the workers was named Kyle; he called me by phone to let me know when they were 10 minutes away. I met their truck outside to help direct them to the best truck parking option. I didn't catch the other guy's name but he seemed to be more senior as a mover. They both did very well, very efficiently, and I am glad this was the service included with the White Glove Delivery. read more

In spite of the fact that we had sent them a COMPLETE list of EVERYTHING we were moving, they showed up late and unprepared for the # of boxes. we had 3 closets full of hanging clothes and they had NO WARDROBE boxes and couldn't understand why we did't want to stuff al our clothes into 2' square boxes! The WORST was that on the middle of a pandemic they wore no gloves exposing us all to who-knows what!! They were late packing everything up causing us, and our daughter stay two extra nights in a hotel. They were inept to say the least - not the movers, but the management that coordinated the move. These guys came to pack my apartment for a move, and they did a great job. Two very nice and patient guys came at 8:30 and packed my entire place in just a few hours! They worked really hard, which I really appreciated since they were being paid by the hour. Another great thing was that they used my boxes for packing, and I know that a lot of companies will not do that, since they make such an enormous profit on selling boxes! That saved me a few hundred dollars I am sure! The cost for packing was about $40-45/hour per person, which is a good price in my book! I highly recommend them! read more

My desk was damaged in the process of moving, to a point that it cannot be fixed. The movers were very apologetic about it and things happen - I wasn't even upset about it as it was a complete accident. They told me that it happens from time to time but all I had to do was submit a claim and it would be replaced. They told me who to email or call and everything. However, that same mover pulled a fast one on me checking a box on the final paperwork and telling me I had to sign it by both of his checkmarks to state that all my stuff was moved and that they were done. Well one of those checkmarks stated that I agreed to a $.60 per pound replacement fee, and he didn't say a word about that. My broken desk is going to net me $90 in replacement money, which is absurd. It was a dishonest way to go about having me agree to that replacement cost and had they been honest about it, there is no way i would have signed it. read more

Lile was the third-party delivery service for my Crate&Barrel furniture delivery today. My movers were Gustavo and Trevor, and they were not only early, they were excellent! Particularly Gustavo...he was the epitome of professionalism. It was clear he had a lot of experience and I felt so comfortable watching him move and unpack my delicate pieces. He even held the furniture up for me so I could put the floor protector feet on it before setting it on the hardwood floors. It truly was a white-glove delivery service; they completely unpacked and assembled everything and hauled all the trash away. I honestly can't remember having a better experience with any company. My husband was in contact with the Lile office staff to coordinate the moving time and date, and he reports they were extremely helpful as well. read more

My experience of having a household moved 135 miles was less than stellar. It was an emotional move to begin with. Person doing the bid and office staff were pleasant. However arriving at new location they were 2 hours late. Several pieces of furniture were not blanketed properly or straps rubbed finIsh during transport not to mention the damage while moving inside the house. As it was pointed out and requested they take pictures and note on the inventory which they claimed they did. When filing the damage claim it was stated they had no record of any damage or pictures. Conveniently I was at their mercy! I had a few to submit. The reimbursement is 60 cents on a pound as stated in the contract. I received a settlement check for $108.00 If you value your possessions, I caution you with this company. They have certainly damaged their reputation. read more

This business should be banned, closed down. They are the worst of the worst. They charged us 26k in advanced. Delayed our delivery for 3 weeks and completely ruined most of our belongings. The assigned truck driver refused to follow COVID protocols when we were at the high peak of the pandemic. These monsters tossed our precious belongings, left them outside as if they were junk. They destroyed the rental in where we were staying. The LILE folks NEVER took any responsibility, kept washing their hands and ignored our pleads, emails with pictures of the damages. Gym equipment valued on 20k bought new at Fitness Equipment of Eugene is now trash. All my baby's stuff is ruined everything; her bed, her furniture even her high chair and walker! I cannot measure the damage these people did to us not only emotionally, but financially. I truly feel in my heart they are racist because they treat minorities like me inhumanly. I am disgusted at what this folks did to my family but confident that at some point they will be accountable for the abuse and dishonesty. read more

I'm only giving 1 star because Yelp does not allow zero. I do not want anyone else to experience the hell this company put me through. I will start with them scheduling an in house estimate then calling and saying they will not service my area and had to do it over the phone. Fine. Did that. The estimate arrived and was three times what I've paid to ever move. I have moved from the east coast to the midwest and to the west coast. None of those times have ever charged me as much as this company did to move to the next state over. On moving day, January 3rd, the movers were almost 3 hours late. I finally called to see where they were and they had "truck issues" and were 30 minutes out. No courtesy call to tell me that. The packing of the truck itself took almost 4 hours and I was late to pick up a friend from the airport. I have had companies come with less guys and still pack the truck faster... especially considering I had 95% of it all stacked in the garage ready to go. The original estimate told me that my while the paperwork says up to 2 weeks, he didn't see why it would take more than 3-7 days max. I was excited for that information. I asked the movers day of and they had no idea when my things would arrive as your items get put into a warehouse for another company to pick them up. I kept emailing and calling the company for updates and they will continually dodge you and not respond. I finally received an email expecting payment and saying my items should be picked up on the 8th. So 5 days later and they weren't even picked up yet. I emailed and called several times after to verify my items were picked up on time. I finally found someone's contact information in corporate. Don't email Tracie, she's useless. She forwarded my email to the Eugene office, with of course, no response. I had to make so many calls to track down my truck myself. I finally receive an email on the 24th that my items were due to be delivered that day. Of course I knew that already because I had called the local company myself. When my things arrived, a huge handful no longer had stickers so I had to closely check the original list. Also a few items were missing that they had to mail directly to me. I had bowls broken, a fan broken, TV box smashed on top, several boxes smashed, and I'm still missing a pink duffel bag that they swear is nowhere in their warehouse. I'm extremely thankful my items arrived but it was only because the local delivery company was amazing and had the best communication. Please do not waste your money with this company. Find any other means to have your items moved!! read more

All they had to do to get a 5 star rating was be respectful to me and carry a mattress into the house and put it on an existing box spring. 15 minutes max. That seemed to be asking too much even though they do this as a job, they deliver mattresses for mattress companies, that is what they do. I asked when scheduling if they would be wearing masks. I was told "Yes, we take Covid very seriously" I had the path inside the house very cleared, the old mattress was gone, they literally had to take 20 steps inside the house and put the new mattress on the existing box spring and leave. I was standing outside to show which house and where was closest to park to save them time. When they went to the back of the truck I said "Can you please wear a mask after the plastic is off the mattress" and immediately they said "No, we do not believe in that whole pandemic thing." I said "I respect your opinion and I ask that you please respect mine, and I will need you to wear a mask while handling the mattress." They said "no one has ever asked us to wear one before" I said "Great so wearing it once for 10 minutes should not be that big of a deal" then he said, okay, how about I just leave it right here outside your front door, you can take it in, right? So no masks, no booties, wouldn't take off their shoes, had dirty hands, even without Covid you don't want dirty hands touching your brand new off-white mattress, but with Covid asking them to sanitize their hands does not seem unreasonable. My husband and I moved out of state twice in the past year. The first move involved packing a moving truck ourselves (3 hr) then driving to our new home (10 hr) and unloading the truck the next day (4 hr). We were completely depleted of energy and enthusiasm for our new home. We knew we needed more help and resolved to save money to be able to pay movers for our next move. We used Lile for two moves. The experience with the first move three years ago was much better than the second move recently, despite damage to a few pieces of furniture. If you use Lile ask for a binding quote because if you don't they will surprise you with a bigger bill than anticipated after they have your furniture. Ours came in $2,000 higher than their original estimate. The manager worked things out with me, but not until after I was treated very unprofessionally by the office staff, which was very uncomfortable and didn't make us feel like valued customers. Communications and customer service with the office staff was poor. The guys who packed and unpacked our household goods did a great and Tim, the driver was wonderful with good communication skills. read more

THESE GUYS SAVED THE DAY! While preparing to move our daughter, a student at the University, from an apartment to a house all of our helpers fell through. These guys were recommended from a friend and they saved the day. They were able to move everything from an apartment to a house and help put together furniture from Ikea in under 4 hours!!!! All this at the last moment too. We were their second or third move that day for the one team. Who knew there was such a good business moving college students. The mover's were friendly, professional, and worked very hard all day. Actually, everyone we interacted with at the company was very friendly and professional. The only minus is that the final bill was an additional 50% over what the in-home estimate was. That was extremely disappointing (and expensive). Hopefully that was an aberration from the norm. This company was used to move a large number of tenants into a new apartment complex in Eugene on the day that it opened (a delay in construction in the new units required some of us new residents to stay in temporary accommodations for a few weeks). The movers rushed much too hard to get everyone moved in, were careless with boxed items that were clearly marked "fragile", and broke several of my items. My first attempt to report the damage and seek compensation (with the assistance of my apartment manager) was essentially ignored. My second attempt to make a claim, by mail, went into the memory hole. This company made, I'm sure, a bucketload of money moving all those people in one day, and that was that. A business associate of my husband referred us to Tucker at Lile Moving.He was a godsend and absolutely professional.He made an appointment for the next day to come over and estimate,most of our stuff was still in boxes from the last move.Amazingly affordable quote and made me feel at ease that there would be no problems.On moving day the crew showed up before 7 am. They packed a few delicate things like the flat screen tv.The next day they met me at the house again around 7 am and at one point had about 6 guys unpacking. Super fast.Super easy.Nothing broken,dropped,scratched.Zero drama. After our last move from out of state that was a downright disaster,the crew from Lile set my mind at ease and helped us get settled in our new home with really nothing to worry about. If I could give these guys less than 1 star, I would. If you are considering using Lile, RUN, don't walk! Do NOT use these people! I could write a book about our horrible experience! We were scheduled to move on a Friday. Thursday night, received a call from North American saying their guy would be there at 8 AM Friday, just as planned. Well, you guessed it, nobody showed up. Called Lile, they had no idea what was going on. We were lied to many times. Told us the truck broke down in Tacoma, that the driver messed up the dates, that no driver was ever scheduled...one lie after another! We had to be out of the house, so they said they would send a crew over the next day at 9 AM and put our stuff into storage in their warehouse. At 9 AM the next day, one of the crew calls us. They are at the warehouse, but no manager has shown up to let them in! Managers apparently took the day off, even though they KNEW someone needed to be there, as they are the ones that scheduled the crew! After many frantic phone calls, a manager finally drags his butt over there. Well, the crew arrived and let me tell you, I think they were guys off the street. They turned furniture upside down, took it out to the truck with no wraps on anything. I had to tell them to wrap the furniture BEFORE taking it out of the house, and then I was yelled at that I "do not need to tell them how to do their job!" Also, the entire time they were loading our goods, they were badmouthing the management. They said all they did was sit in their offices and make sure corporate didn't know what was actually going on at this branch. We KNEW without a doubt that our goods would be damaged or missing. Well, 21 days later, it finally arrived. YES, 21 DAYS! Of course, items were damaged, broken and missing. I called a number of times to find out the status during the 21 days we were in limbo. The office staff would avoid my calls. If I called from my regular number they would let the call go to voice mail and would not return my calls. Funny thing, I would hang up and call from a different number, they answered the phone! Spoke to the salesman several times during the course of this fiasco and he finally fessed up that yes, they had lied to us about the truck breaking down and all the other flimsy excuses they threw at us. So, if you want to be lied to, have no idea where your goods are or when they will arrive, then by all means, use this company! If you want a good moving experience, I would call someone else! (North American Van Lines driver was very professional, as were the people I spoke to at the company. It was Lile that was the absolute worst!!) DO NOT USE THEM!! read more

First, let me say that I am in no way connected to Lile as a former or current employee, nor am I connected in any way to any other moving companies. My review is 100% legit and unbiased. Lile Eugene moved me and my family from Eugene to Salem. This move was to be paid for by my workplace. Up until the move, I dealt with a guy named Ron in their Portland area office. Ron was helpful and nice. It all went downhill once the move began. They did arrive on time, but a couple of their movers were extremely unprofessional. We heard swearing from the movers on more than one occasion. One mover asked how much we paid in rent for both the location we were leaving and the new place we moved into. Quite often, the movers would be lifting extremely heavy items on their own. No buddy system for them. This lead to scrapes, scratches and dings on both our stuff and on the floors and doors of our new home. When they finished emptying out our garage (that is not attached, located on other side of apt. complex) they just left for Salem without coming to tell us (we were cleaning our apt). I went out after a while, saw they were gone, hauled ass in our car to Salem and when I got to our new house, they were already there, "Waiting for us". Two of the movers were sitting on the porch of our new house, in our chairs, with their feet propped up on our furniture. Again, during the move into our new home, lots of swears between movers, belches and farting on each other, one guy lifting and carrying extremely heavy (75 lbs) cabinets and tables by themselves, dinging them up. Additionally, they failed to use a plastic cover for our mattress (despite charging for one), and they neglected to bubble wrap a couple of our pieces of furniture. Despite all that, I still tipped them all $10 each. Its been over a month now since the move and they have yet to send the final bill to my workplace. They have emailed Lile (via Ron) 3 times now and have yet to receive a response, nor have they sent over the final bill to my work. This could be an isolated experience, but I would never use them again, nor will I be recommending Lile to anyone I know. Just the opposite actually. read more

The movers were polite, efficient, and responsive to our requests. However, when our belongings were brought into our new home, they ruined the threshold of our back door, because they did not use the equipment they had brought with them in the manner it was designed to be used. Then, after nearly three months, and repeated emails, they finally sent someone to look at the damage. He said he couldn't repair it--(I've worked with contractors for many years, and I know that ANYTHING can be repaired)--and Lile offered me a pittance of an "appearance allowance". I give Lile two stars because of the polite and efficient manner of the movers, and because--unfortunately--they were unwilling to 'make right' damage caused by their employee's negligence. HORRIBLE! DO NOT TRUST. We moved from Eugene to Boulder. We have an antique table that was purchased 3 years ago and was in excellent condition. When it arrived in Boulder one leg was broken. When it arrived off the truck the legs were rubber banded together without any protection. I saw it come off the truck. The company is stating that the leg was previously broken and was not their fault so will not repair the piece. Seriously? What a racket. read more

My stuff went into long term storage with Lile Eugene in May 2009. I wasn't involved with the process as I was out of state. My friend coordinated everything for me and told me to expect a bill. I was able to call in a payment on my credit every month to corporate and receive a copy of my payment via e-mail. Eventually, I started using bill pay through my bank. A year later when a family member decided I was spending too much for storage, I was able to schedule 2 days to go down and go through my belongings. When I arrived, not only had the warehouse staff opened all of my crates but they had started pulling some of the bigger items out. During that time, I trashed and donated a lot of items. I had scheduled for St Vincent De Paul to come out and pick up all of the donations on the 2nd day. (Because they came to Lile, which is a business, there was no pick up fee.) The warehouse staff let me use their dumpsters for a majority of my trashed items. They guided me to the dump for what remained and my recycling. Then everything was packed back up (which I received a little assistance with to keep everything in one crate), re-weighed and re-billed for the new weight. Somehow, I was under the minimum weight so I got the lowest billing possible - which was cheaper (and in my opinion a lot safer) than any storage unit in Eugene or where I live in WA. When I first inquired about coming to pick up what was left in that last crate I was given the cost to come and empty my belongings. Rather than doing bill pay, I opted to call corporate and pay my final month plus the final expense to empty out my crate. I waa scheduled to go down in Nov but unfortunately didn't make it until early Dec. When came to pick up my belongings, the staff was wonderful. I made my arrangements with the branch manager, Darren, who knew I was coming in from WA state. He informed me that should I go past warehouse hours, the office would still be open. As fate would have it, I was stuck in WA for an emergent situation later than planned and I arrived at the end of warehouse hours. The warehouse staff had once again opened my crate and brought out some of the larger items. They stayed late, gave me a dolly to use and offered help if needed. I was able to get an important question answered regarding where to find the nuts & bolts for my bed frame to be put together (just a note - Lile will put the hardware in a baggie and attach it to a piece of the bed frame). Unfortunately, Lile didn't take my bed apart and I have no idea if what I found packed up as far as hardware goes is what is left after my bed is put together or if it's the pieces to put my bed together. It took us about 30 minutes to load up. I went in the office to sign that I had picked up my belongings and verify that I had paid the final fee to do so. Darren also wrote off the pro-rated charges for the month of Dec for me, which was helpful. The last thing I did was sign each page of my manifest and received a copy of everything. Once again, a smooth and easy transaction. I highly recommend Lile Eugene for any of your moving or long term storage of household goods. The staff is always very helpful, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. After 5 1/2 years, it'll be strange not sending them money each month. I would certainly consider giving Lile my business again knowing how easy it is to work with them. read more

My husband and I hired Lile North American Van Lines to move us from Springfield, OR to Northern California. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We told them that we were moving some of our belongings into storage and other into an apartment. The driver was not given this information and was extremely agitated at first when we told him that this was what we needed to do, though he ultimately was very helpful in allowing us to do this. More importantly, the packing crew (and the driver) did not provide detailed labels on the manifest and this caused a problem when we finally moved our belongings out of storage and into our new home. After moving in, we discovered a number of things were missing. When we complained to North American Van Lines, they told us to identify on the manifest what was missing. When we informed them that things on the manifest were not properly labeled, they did not seem to care and ultimately denied our claim. There were only a few things that were missing and the total value of these items was probably less than $400, so NA Van Lines' attitude seemed especially punitive and small minded in the vast scheme of things. We contacted Lile North American in Eugene, Oregon to move us from Springfield, OR to Lincoln City, OR. The day of packing/loading, the crew arrived on time, they toured the house and devised a loading strategy. All of the crew were professional, respectful of our home, friendly, efficient and made sure that our furniture was shrink wrapped to keep it clean. They kept our belongings at their yard over night and true to their word, they left the next morning at 6:00 a.m. to travel to Lincoln City to unload at our new home. They arrived when they said they would. It was raining the day of delivery and they took extra precautions to ensure our furniture was dry and clean upon delivery and also laid floor coverings to keep our new floors dry while unloading. Once again the crew was professional and friendly. Our experience with Lile North American/Eugene, OR was an excellent experience and we highly recommend this company. read more

Moving with this coming was a very unpleasant experience. The salesman was as nice as could be when he came to my home to estimate moving costs and inspired confidence, however, as soon as I signed the contract, the nightmare began. I could not get answers to my questions either from him or the office. He wouldn't return my calls or answer my e-mails, and the office had no information. I was assured that I would have a confirmed arrival date 2 weeks before I was to move. I was given every excuse in the book, and the schedule for my move changed daily. I did not find out when my belongings would arrive at my new home until 5 days AFTER my belongings were loaded and I was on my way to my new home. The driver ignored all of the "FRAGILE" labels both when my belongings were loaded onto the truck and when they were brought into my new home. For example, a "Most Fragile" box was on the bottom of a stack of 5. The helper he hired told me the driver didn't even look at the labels. My furniture was very roughly handled and many pieces have required restoration due to scratches. Several pieces have required new hinges, even remaking, because of poor handling. And last but not least, I have never heard from this company to inquire how the move went. I guess the company knows what a disaster the entire affair was. The ONLY thing this company is good at is to so dissatisfy a customer that I would not even consider contacting the company to seek reparations for their damages. I do not want to have anything to do with Lile North American Moving & Storage and would recommend that you find ANY OTHER company to move you across country. No company could do a worse job than this one did or provide poorer service from start to finish. read more
