His secretary said he would be in momentarily, and handed me the presumably finished documents he had prepared. But he stood me up. I waited 45 minutes which gave me time to go through the tax forms he had prepared. As I read through them I became increasingly alarmed to find numerous errors--twenty-one errors by the time I decided I was not going to sign these documents and got up and left.
