Joiya Mitchell was our consultant and she guided us into setting up our investment account and consolidating other 401k accounts with other investment firms. We had bi-monthly phone calls to current statuses of accounts and setting up the account and if we had questions. In early 2022, Joiya moved to another position and Ryan Herrera was the new financial consultant assigned to our account. We decided to consolidate Roth accounts from other firms with Fidelity and Ryan helped us with the process and we held quarterly phone calls during this year and in 2023 to discuss status and the Markets. So we recently had our first in-person meeting with Ryan at this office. The office has 6 dedicate parking spaces for customers in the building lot, which you enter on Bonita Ave. We checked in with the staff and waiting in the lobby. There's a coffee machine and canned water in a fridge and restrooms. It was finally nice to meet Ryan in person as we discussed trusts. He showed us on the Fidelity webpage as to how we can upload information and can get lawyer referrals. And of course we discussed the Markets. It was a great and beneficial visit to the Fidelity office and meet Ryan. We will visit every other appointment now.

I prepared a complete draft of my Federal tax statement, assembled a complete, well-organiized set of tax documents and met with Mr. Pezick for an hour while he went through them. He said he needed to check a few things, would prepare the tax forms and call me. The second meeting was set up days in advance; I got childcare and went to his office at the appointed time. His secretary said he would be in momentarily, and handed me the presumably finished documents he had prepared. But he stood me up. I waited 45 minutes which gave me time to go through the tax forms he had prepared. As I read through them I became increasingly alarmed to find numerous errors--twenty-one errors by the time I decided I was not going to sign these documents and got up and left.
