I chose the "designers choice" and asked for a garden-romantic arrangement with soft colors and a variety of blooms. Online process was smooth and flowers are lovely. They smell wonderful too. I read a Google review stating that they used to send a photo confirmation of your arrangement before it was delivered, but I didn't receive one, so maybe it's not standard practice anymore. Delivery price was on-par for the area ($18) and delivered in the afternoon. I am sitting here reading these reviews. Obviously I ordered from another florist or these are fake reviews. I ordered what I referred to as simple and inexpensive arrangement for my young granddaughters in N. Richland Hills. The fee was suppossed to be $65. which was more than I thought it would be. When I got my credit card bill it was $161.00. When I saw them I was about to cry. They can be held in one hand, something for maybe a baby. There were about 4 rose petals in a very small glass. Why do people do such things when facebook and the internet and nextdoor neighbor is out there taking complaints? The woman I talked to me gave me some story about other florists jumping on their website and selling the order to a third party. It is not over for me. Ordered a wrist corsage and boutonnière for prom for my daughter and her date. The flowers were already a little wilted when I picked them up. The flowers fell off the corsage within a few minutes of my daughter putting it on. I repaired it as best as I could, but her corsage had completely fallen apart before she even made it to prom. I called to let the shop know about the problem. The lady I spoke implied we did something wrong, The owner was supposed to call me. She didn't. I used to order from Colleyville Florist and they had beautiful arrangements!! Even on Valentine's Day I had one of my favorite arrangements ever made from there and the flowers held up a long time. However, things have took a turn for the worst at Colleyville Florist. I ordered an arrangement last week for my moms birthday and it awful--some of the flowers arrived brown and my rose petals were coming off and nothing went together it just looked thrown together so I sent it back for a full refund which they gave me. What I thought was weird was that the manager never called and tried to discuss the issue with the arrangement? I received an arrangement from there this week and it was pretty but two days later my Gerber daisies are already wilted and dying!!! That's after putting fresh water in them everyday. On Sunday afternoon I ordered a Funeral spray and 2 table top vase arrangements online. I followed up with a call early Monday morning. I had given specific instructions regarding colors: lots of blue and pops of yellow. I was told that the florist was at the wholesalers as we spoke & they could do the job. They were able to deliver to the church just prior to the service, however there were very few blue flowers, and none that were even sprayed blue, and certainly no pops of yellow. Can't say enough about this place...a few weeks ago tulips were in every grocery store, last Thursday when I needed white and purple to make a bouquet and boutonniere for my daughters wedding I couldn't find a single one. After visiting a couple of stores, followed by calling half a dozen more...Amanda came through. Not only was I able to run in to pick up the flowers she actually arranged them for me while I waited. I had to give 1 star or they would not take my rating: I live in Monarch Beach, Ca., born in Texas. I ordered flowers for my Aunt Wilma, 90 years old, funeral at Bluebonnet Hills...called Colleyville flowers to have local florist prepare an arrangement. I spoke to Amanda, she was pleasant and took my order for a Sentiments of Serenity Spray, $150.00. When I asked them to send a photo when the arrangement was placed so I could confirm my order was delivered...I was shocked....the arrangement seemed to THIN....appears to have only 3/4 of the flowers and you could fly a B-51 between the Roses and Lillie's..........called Amanda, the owner....no feelings from her, only, I followed the recipe..what do you want me to do.....I said nothing now, it's too late, if you had sent photo before you delivered we could have requested more flowers....buyers beware of the Colleyville Florist...I thought I would get a hometown florist that would help a person 1800 miles away...I can get this treatment from any online florist...UGH! I have always had a positive experience with this florist, but the last one unfortunately was not. After realizing that my daughter forgot to order a boutonniere for her Prom date, I was sure that I could pop in 5 days prior and have one made at Colleyville Florist. The reception was very frosty, the audacity of me asking if it would at all be possible for them to make one. I was told that they had reached their quota two weeks ago and couldn't help me. They were kind enough to tell me about another florist that may still be taking orders and as they were looking up his phone number (Cooper's Florist in Hurst) I questioned them on how hard was it to make a boutonniere, just out of sheer curiosity. Well all of a sudden they couldn't find his phone number and told me that they would have to hire more staff if they took too many orders. Colleyville H.S. and Grapevine H.S. have Prom on different weekends twice a year EVERY year. Couldn't they hire some help for that weekend? read more

Well, it's fathers day, and that reminded me of the gift from my daughter in the military to her mother on last mothers day. We received a gift basket form Colleyville Florist with chesse, crackers, tiny sausage and fruit. Everything okay save for the crackers. Gag - spit. Turns out both small specialty crackers were a year out of date and turned stale. I called to let her know and was offered replacement crackers...that left me speechless. She asked me many questions about the vision I had for my wedding and after I sent her examples of what I was looking for, she helped me pick the perfect flowers to complete my look. I have used this florist twice. Both times there were problems with the arrangements, which had been ordered far in advance, and paid for. The first time was an arrangement of a dozen roses, but one of them had the stem cut too close to the floral bud, and the flower fell out of the arrangement during transit. I almost didn't notice, but did at the last minute. I was able to put it back in the arrangement, but am pretty sure it fell out again. The second time was a mix-up in the dates, and the arrangements (multiple) that I had paid for weeks in advance were not ready when I arrived to get them. The employee did apologize, but the fact remains, the dates were mixed up by that employee and written on their calendar wrong. The arrangements were not ready, and I had to wait for all of them to be made up. What was the point of going in weeks early then? What a shame, I will not use this business again. It was so convenient for me; the location was perfect, but I will have to find another business. read more
