From the very beginning, he made me feel heard and genuinely cared about. He took the time to understand my situation, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. The entire process was seamless on my end, he gathered the necessary information and handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and efficiency. I did not have to deal with any stress because he stayed on top of every detail and ensured everything was handled properly. His communication was outstanding, and I always felt confident that my case was in good hands. If you ever find yourself in need of a strong and reliable firm, contact Miller Injury and ask for Tanner Alves. You will be well taken care of.

I thought the attorney that was representing me was more on the other side. I didn't like the mediation process. I would like to have gone to a trial and let the jury decide. I didn't hear my attorney produce my evidence. No medical, low compensation, high attorney fees. very unprofessional. The mediator was Peter L. Weinberger. My attorney: John C. Miller #143323 A Representive of John Miller 5170 Golden hills parkway El dorado hills, Ca. 95762 I still feel very ill. (Mold Case) I wanted this case to go to trial. I'll have no insurance to cover my medical unless I use my own insurance. That's not fair! The compensation that I was told that I would receive, my attorney gets almost half. 38% plus additional fees. 50 - 27 = 23 with additional fees. With additional fees this calculated to 48%. If you are hesitant to make first contact... Don't be. I…read morewas not going to accept the call for the consultation. In todays world it's difficult to know who to trust online. I'm 56, permanently disabled with limited resources. My concern was to get a sales pitch for a large retainer and very little advise. I am very glad I answered that on time call back. Being nervous, I didn't even remember the gentleman's name. But, I will not forget his kind attention to my personal matter. I would trust them with a retainer as it is obvious they are attorneys with integrity. Thank you so very much for easing my mind and helping me see what seemed a rock and a hard place I had gotten myself into had a simple solution. If his advise is met by resistance, I will not hesitate to retain them to take the burden of any legal matter within their expertise without hesitance. Thank you for showing there are people who practice law, and have a concern for people like me. I'm grateful indeed. Martin

It took several iterations to correct all of these issues which was, obviously, very expensive. The packages that they mailed to the county were rejected due to insufficient recording fees as well as failing to provide me with the correct instructions, i.e. asked me to get an acknowledgement on documents when a jurat was required. Left me feeling very dissatisfied, very poor value.

The attorney asked me to bring in all my documents in August 2025, and I delivered everything with detailed notes six days later. Months went by with no review, no updates, and almost no work billed. I emailed multiple times in November after the (SECOND) paralegal left, trying to find out who was handling my case and whether my documents had been reviewed. I never received a single response from anyone at the firm. They also failed to follow up on a court‑ordered $500 sanction. Only $200 was collected, and no action was taken to obtain the remaining $300. When I called in March 2026, I was told the firm still had my entire document stack from August and had not touched it. I had to terminate representation and pick up my file myself. The difference between the ARAG‑covered hours and the paid portion of the case meant actual hours she could bill me for and instead stopped working on the case completely. Next stop Google review and a Bar complaint!

Rebecca is a lazy, reckless lawyer. She was assigned my son as a minors counsel. It all worked out…read morebut she did a terrible job. I'm saying that because she confused him, gave him wrong information AND emailed him a confidential custody evaluation at age 16. We had already been granted a move away from a TRIAL (to east coast) and told him he would be back in CA in 3 months. Them, a year later, emailed him the 50 page custody eval (which said tough stuff for him to ready about his dad in it) to encourage him to drop the move away. She should be disbarred. Anyway, my son got over it and is now flourishing, but could have been terrible. Run! Which I could rate her -2.
