Lost key was the closest place to where we were staying, but I noticed the reviews were a little over three stars. After reading the first low-rating review , I realized they were trying to review a spa. Geez. The second low-rating complained of the animal clinic charging them for a full exam when they only needed a rabies shot. According to state law, no animal clinic can only administer a vaccine with no exam. This says more about the dog owner than it does about the animal clinic. The other reviews were amazing so I brought my pup in. The front desk, vet-tech and vet were all phenomenal. Extremely personable. Got on the floor with my dogs and gave them treats while they examined Mac. My dog usually shakes when we go into the vet, but he did not this time. He was completely comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. We had a solution for my dog in about five minutes and now I have a quick fix for my dogs digestive issues. Thank you so much to this animal clinic for their amazing care with us!

They don't return calls or emails or have compassion for sick animals who need immediate care. I have to believe that Dr. Walker has no clue how un dependable his staff . My cat had surgery in January since the beginning of April. I have been trying to get her back due to the fact that she has declined. I have sent emails Never getting a return call. my cat is not eating and cats who don't eat don't survive. If my cat dies in result of be their fault. Then, the cages looked like a jail. It was gross, and just had a bad vibe, but I couldn't change plans so I just had to leave them. When I got back to get them they were BOTH sick. So, I called the owner seeing if He would compensate me for having to take them to the vet. Not only did He argue with me the entire time, but He was very aggressive, demeaning, and rude. Basically blaming everything but himself for my sick cats. HATED IT. won't ever use them again.
