When I finally was able to reach the owner, she assured me she would resolve the matter. Today is Tuesday and I found out tonight that she will not be resolving the matter with us, but she "wishes us well in this life." Aside from poor communication and lack of punctuality, the quality of service the cleaner did provide was ok.

Seth the manager told me they had suffered a same day cancellation so they could accommodate my last minute cleaning. I was so happy hearing that. They sent me a cleaning lady and she was pretty efficient with the cleaning. My mold was gone, my kitchen looked sparking clean and I said good bye to those spiders! I hate spiders. Also they suggested me some good household chemicals to prevent mold. I definitely recommend this place for your cleaning needs. They will give you a very good service for a great price. She proceeds to bring the world's oldest wretched vacuum cleaner and turns it on and there is quite literally a cloud of dust coming out of it. When she "mopped" our kitchen she only hit about 20% of the floor & then it smelled like urine (I can't imagine where that mop has been ). She washed the baseboards and all the doors and wiped down the kitchen cabinets. Also wiped out the oven and microwave and polished the stainless appliances.
