We contacted the company and they did an "internal investigation" and not to our surprise, the cleaners who were in our home never saw any of the items. We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. I found Happy Earth through a neighbor recommendation. Someone from their company came out and toured my house. They asked me specially what I wanted in my cleaning. This was so helpful! I was able to point out areas I wanted extra attention. They have now cleaned my house twice and they do such a wonderful job. They send me a recap email each time - such a personal touch. I can only say good things about Happy Earth and have already recommended them to many people!

I used their services a few times but the issues became too many to justify continuing. I did both a deep clean and regular cleanings. They did not do the fridge/freezer during the deep clean (it was discussed this would be done), then when they came back to re-clean the fridge was not up to par. I also paid additional for dish washing. The dishes were done poorly and I had to rewash everything. I recommended them to a friend and they had the same experience in regards to lack of attention to detail. It ended up being a more stressful experience double checking work vs this taking something off my plate. Overall, the services overall are just okay.

We also use our own vacuum, a Dyson animal vacuum for personal preference. I went back and forth with the company for 1-2 hours asking them politely to use our product before being told that they can only use their own with essential oils and then being told that Clorox is damaging to the environment and to their workers which we did not suggest. If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.

I called over the phone and spoke to Alan who got me set up quickly. I was very happy with the work and the pricing and decided to book for regular cleaning through their site afterwards and it has been smooth sailing since. I received an acceptable light cleaning from this company. it was only the next day, Christmas Eve,…read morethat I found that both my lightning cable charger was missing but that a $200 Visa Gift card I had been saving or my Granddaughter's Christmas present, was also missing. No one had been in our home prior to this discovery And we had counted it with some others I had been saving the day before. When I spoke with the company spokesperson, he denied this was due to any fault of his employee. I asked that he ask her where she had put the charger. He has neglected to do so. He offered me a $100 rebate and an appliance cleaning in exchange. As the total cost to me has totaled $525, I found this to be less than acceptable. To this day, I have heard nothing further from this company and must at this point consider legal action. Needless to say my granddaughter did not receive the Christmas present I had been happily anticipating. I would never again hire these people.
