She apparently wasn't feeling well. She performed the massage with plastic gloves, and she had the sniffles and was wearing a pig ring in her nose. It was a very uncomfortable experience and not worth the money invested. Farmers have been using "pig rings" for years to keep pigs from digging under fences. Nothing derogatory just an observation of fact. The owner should have advised her to stay home until she was over her cold. They even provided my friend a photo of the review. The owner is attempting to embarrass me for writing an honest review. Shame on him. This is unscrupulous and extremely unprofessional.
