I feel like for the area it should reflect a more high end vibe, but for me, I'm not there to hangout I'm there to have a great massage so I don't feel like it was worth knocking a star. I had Daphne and she seriously was the best. I have never had a massage where someone is actually feeling my problem areas and able to work them seamlessly without me having to ask. They also have a hydro bed that you can use before your appointment that is beyond relaxing. It gets warm and is a gentle massage before going in for your service. Literally the only thing that did kindof bother me was the face portion of the massage bed. I'm not sure if I am just too small or the adjustment was off but it was super uncomfortable at times. Again, I didn't feel it was worth of knocking a star but felt like it may be beneficial to point it out. I did and up signing up for a membership. With how great the massage was, I feel like it will be a nice way to treat myself every month. Some reviews I read seemed like people who didn't do their research prior to going to the location or before signing up for their membership so I would take them lightly. If you're considering trying them out , do it and ask for Daphne! :)

She apparently wasn't feeling well. She performed the massage with plastic gloves, and she had the sniffles and was wearing a pig ring in her nose. It was a very uncomfortable experience and not worth the money invested. Farmers have been using "pig rings" for years to keep pigs from digging under fences. Nothing derogatory just an observation of fact. The owner should have advised her to stay home until she was over her cold. They even provided my friend a photo of the review. The owner is attempting to embarrass me for writing an honest review. Shame on him. This is unscrupulous and extremely unprofessional. I would never refer this organization to anyone, and I will never visit again.

Throughout the massage process, she'll ask how the pressure of her techniques were to ensure it is effectively targeting areas of concern at the appropriate level. She also put some diffuser oil and allowed me to choose the scent as an adjunct relaxing strategy. She also used hot stones/tools to additionally stretch and relax my tensed muscles. The massages are sub par but that's not surprising when some of the therapists aren't even licensed. So save yourself a lot of time, money and a volcanic sized migraine. Avoid AURA if you value your body and mind. Go to a place where the owner doesn't have more than 5 businesses and pays therapist under the table.

I have been a patron of this establishment since 2021, and I want to know exactly how long customers' privacy was compromised and where recording devices were placed. They also had until 1/26/26 to appeal the decision by Hinsdale to not renew their business license.
