Enjoyed this pedicure. Recently moved to the area and was still looking for somewhere to call home. They took great care of me. Everything was clean. They opened tools in front of you and everything. She even did cute little Minnie Mouses' on my big toes since we leave for Disney on Thursday. Only reason I didn't give them five stars is I miss the hot rocks and wrapping of your legs in hot towels. They seemed swamped though so maybe I will ask next time. I'll be back. read more

I would not recommend wasting your time going here. They are supposed to open at 10 AM so I got there at 9:45 and was outside waiting with 3 other ladies. Eventually, a few more added and at that point it was 10:30 and they just weren't there. I stood there and waited for no reason wasting a half hour of my life. I got in my car and left at 10:31 and that is when I saw them all pulling up which was just icing on the cake. 0 stars. read more

Shame in you, you should not allow customers to make a 10 am appointment and then not bother to be open. I got here 10 minutes before 10 this morning. still sitting in parking lot at 10:17 and your not even here yet. if your going to be late or not open than you should let us know. some of us don't have time to wait on you. read more

Came in on a Sunday. Checked in for 2 pedicures and was told 30-40 Mins. We signed in. I have no idea why but they start someone and then move on to someone else mid service. I watched them do it to my party and 5 other parties while I was waiting. This wasn't a convenient, better on time, kind of move. It prolonged everyone's service by 30 minutes or more. This place kind of sucks. The only good thing I can say is price is cheaper than usual salons (probably because of the service though) and the workers seem to do their best despite the stupid business strategy of, get as many chairs in seats. read more

I usually love this place & would have given 5 stars in the past. However, today they arrived THIRTY MINUTES past the open time & my service was rushed. My nails are THICK, uneven, shaped funny, & there was ZERO cuticle care done, I had to ask to have skin that was sticking up removed & there is still skin that I will have to remove myself around the cuticles. I had to ask to get the shape of my thumb nail fixed & it still looks weird (the person doing my nails was like well tell me what's higher & I'll fix it). Nails are not level & at the cuticle there is a bump so they aren't going to last long. Instead of creating the simple rounded square shape of my nails with the file (just wanted the corners not a sharp square) they used clippers which screwed with the shape right off the bat. More time & care was taken with the polish change on my toes but even with that they left polish in the crease between the skin & nail & on the skin. Services shouldn't be rushed because you arrive to open your business late & end up with a rush of people...some who have been waiting since your open time & others that show up after you've gotten there. read more

Went to this spa on a Sunday with family for a manicure. Chose to get the powder manicure instead of gel which I have not done in this spa. My technician was not very polite, did not introduce himself, and immediately got to work dipping my nails before prepping my fingers. He did not trim the dead skin away from my nailbeds or push back my cuticles. He finishes dipping my nails and puts cuticle oil on them and walks off without giving me any further instructions. I asked the technician next to me if I was suppose to wash my hands and he replied yes. I did not get lotion, arm massage or warm towel treatment with this manicure; just my nails dipped. It was $35 and my nails look like my manicure is a week old and it was just done 3 days ago. The quality of work is not there for the price and I will avoid Sunday spa days if at all possible. read more
