Great salon! Lily, the owner, did my nails today. She did an excellent job - I had to remove an acrylic set and requested a pink and white dip set on my natural nail. I love them! The salon was clean, professional, and Lily was quick and skilled. Pro tip- make an appointment. The salon was quite full when I went on a Wednesday afternoon and many walk in clients were being told to come back later. I was here visiting some family and needed my nails done before my next trip. I live in San Diego where I am loyal to one nail tech. I haven't branched out in a long time but my nails needed to be done. They did not disappoint!! read more

Great little place. I usually call about 20 min before (when I'm leaving wherever I was before) and they get me in right away. Go for the spa pedicure ($40) everything is a good deal here! I spent so much time trying to find the best salons in Worcester that would accommodate my weird nail art requests. One day, I didn't have time to make a trip to my usual place and stopped in here - it being the closest - and I've come back for every appointment ever since. First I need to mention that I've never had someone put even half the effort they do into my nails. I never feel like they're rushing through me to get to another person (or leave for the end of the day, etc). Even though I'm always a late afternoon walk-in. Which leads me to needing to mention how accommodating they always are. Some places will take you as a walk in but make sure you know they're inconvenienced by your lack of an appointment. Here, they always happily take you and take their time to make it perfect :) (For their sake, don't be mean like me and never make an appointment though ) The atmosphere is always fun / nice. Everyone is very friendly except for the manager. I had picked out a nail polish and sat down and the woman started painted my nails. She then stated that the nail polish I had picked was glow in the dark and I said cool! Then when i was done she charged me 100 dollars for a fill with gel and a simple pedicure (usually 85 dollars) I asked if her if the prices had gone up and she said "No, glow in the dark nail polish is more expensive." I said well I wish you had told me this. I wasn't expecting to pay 25 extra dollars for special nail polish." Then, my nails all came out a different shade and shape. The polish was put on really thick and it was dripping off and cured with the drips. I asked her to fix them please and she said she would fix one but not all of them. I said why? They look bad. And she said that's the polish you picked, you wanted glow in the dark that's how it comes out. I said it comes out bad? She said yes. I was like they look so bad can you please fix them she said no it's my fault for picking that polish. I didn't even want glow in the dark nails!!! I just liked the color. I have been going to Lily's for 3 years and the manicures are always subpar. The nails are never all the same and the polish is always thick. I went to Fashion Nails after to get them fixed and my nails look gorgeous. I feel so silly for paying for bad nails all this time. Lily's is 48 for fill with gel and Fashion is 35 so I'm saving money too :) read more

I wanted to love this place because it is so convenient. However, after my second time there I won't be back. The technician was impatient with me because she wasn't clear as to what she wanted me to do, so I accidentally smudged a nail (she was annoyed) and I didn't dry my hands after she asked me to rinse them (I thought I shouldn't because I didn't want to smudge my nails again). To top it off, they had trouble with my credit card, which I never have trouble with. I was not relaxed because I was afraid of doing something wrong. Very reasonable priced and she did a nice job, but not the relaxing experience I was looking for. read more

Love this place! So quiet and relaxing! I got a full set and they are perfect! The prices are fair and the women working there are wonderful. They are super nice and careful with the drill. I watched one if the employees clean the foot bathes and he did a thorough job. I'm impressed. read more

They did a good job on my acrylic refill. Only issue was that the lady insisted I pay cash. she said if I used my card it would be a few bucks more. if you just want cash put on the door cash only so people can go to the atm before hand.Overall good experience they did designs on my nails and also where affordable. read more

I went there for an acrylic fill because I broke a nail and had to travel for work. This regular fill took 1 hour and 15 minutes! So crazy, so much grinding I could have died. The nail that was fixed was crooked, and when I tried (twice) to point it out....I was told...Oh yes, I'll fix it. It never got fixed. My fingers are so sore with cuts under the nails I can't stand it. And there is a TON of acrylic that is left on the corner of each nail. I'll NEVER go there again. read more

The work was good. I was happy with my nails! When I went to pay she told me they don't accept credit cards. I had no cash on me and asked if she took checks. She said yes and proceeded to ask me to make the check out to 'cash'. Needless to say I felt very uncomfortable with that. If you go, bring cash!!! read more

Went tonight for my second time. Needed a pink and white refill. Was there for over two hours, these refills generally take an hour or less. They did my nails completely wrong. Asked if I could come back for them to fix they said yes but I would have to pay again. Zero customer service skills. Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

My friend made an appointment for us to get pedicures. They had us soaking for 50 minutes with no explanation and no apology for running so behind. Very unprofessional. Normally, I have no issue waiting but the lack of communication and the assumption that we would just be OK waiting for so long was ridiculous. Now if we had been walk-ins and they told us there was a 45 minute wait, we could have decided to just go elsewhere but we were not even awarded that courtesy with our scheduled appointment. I am really disappointed in this place. Nomally gel nails last about two weeks and maintain clean. It hasnt been two weeks and on the top of the nails, there are dark stuff on it that doesnt look good. Come to find out that two people I know went there too and the same thing happen.
