I have been coming here for years, and have always loved my nails never had any complaints. I just went the other day and I still love my nails just am alittle disappointed when I was charged twice the amount I was used to paying here. So sadly I may have to go elsewhere because the price of a full set here is way too much when I can pay 35/40$ elsewhere. They are very nice here and make you feel very comfortable and welcomed, sadly the price is just too much for me to feel okay paying for nails. Coming from someone who has worked at and been to many nail salons, it was great under old management and new management! The new owner is extremely sweet. She is very welcoming and kind, and most importantly I still got the same great nails! I went to someone I hadn't gone to before for my nails (I have super long natural nails) and they turned out awesome. It's a different vibe than it was before but I think it's just because she is trying to get everything up and running. I just had the best pedicure I've had in a very long time. Although the reviews have been mixed since it changed ownership, I think they've settled in and are back to focusing on their customers and giving great service. There were three other customers getting nails while my toes were getting pampered and from what I saw, the workmanship was beautiful. Everyone was attentive and my technician My gave me a real salon pedicure- not the rushed, lackluster jobs I got at my last two pedis at other joints. Shame on me for not sticking to the tried and true. My toes are looking summery and ready for the sandals. Pricing is spot on for the area; they happen to be having a lovely Mother's Day promotion. My first review got deleted I'm not sure what happened :( I basically said I have gone everywhere from Clinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Sutton, Stowe, Auburn, Worcester, And Shrewsbury to find a good nail salon. Every place would always disappoint me because they would do something off. Not tnt nails!!! They do everything perfectly, and and time. Not rushing and never too long. Pretty on point. Your nails will never be chunky or uneven. The shapes of the nails you choose, on each symmetrical hands/finger match perfectly. Sizing is great. Style is on point. They offer a ton of colors, and you can do literally any design on your nails. They have glitter, Jewels, cats eye (magnetic) designs. A lot of stuff, a lot of colors to choose from. They have dip, gel and regular polish. Tons of options. Same with glitters and such. Go when they open or check google to see when it's not so busy to go. Tuesday's they make appts. I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes. When you walk in write your name on the notebook on the counter with what you want done. You can request a certain person but it may take a bit longer if there busy. Really give this place a try. They even get rid of the powder stuff that dries, under your nails. Fixing your nails secure when filling. It's the small things that we all notice when we leave the nail salon that they take do perfectly. Most places I used to go to, I would look at my nails and just see things I DIDNT LIKE. But not from Tnt nails. Pure love and joy hahah. Just so much care into detail it's really worth it. read more

LOVE this place. I make an appointment once a month on Tuesday's to see Jen ONLY. She's the best, excellent customer service, does my nails exactly how I want every time. I think the prices are reasonable for the quality you receive. She's crazy talented with the designs. The salon is very clean and they have an AMAZING color selection. The receptionists are so kind, they always help me choose my colors while I wait. They also offer to schedule your next appointment while you wait so you don't have to remember to do it later. Been going here for a few years and the quality and craftsmanship of the techs have declined tremendously. High turnover for employees/Techs and the owner (Jen) complains about clients being picky after they leave. She also raises her voice quite often to her employees and they seem uncomfortable at times. Salon is appointment only but I often don't get the Tech I was assigned to - and appointments are never on time. The salon itself is dated and the pedicure massage chairs, salon stations and guest chairs are all in need of repairs or upgrades. Personally, I like my nails on the shorter side and lately they're almost always too thick and different lengths. Staff is always trying to upsell additional services, which I find annoying. Again, if you're looking for high quality work along with newer/nice work stations and pedicures chairs - this is not the place for you. read more

This place is pretty amazing! I have been searching for a good nail place in the area for over a year now and finally found what I was l was looking for at t & t nails. I originally had been going to many places In the clinton, Leominster, Marlborough and Worcester area and couldn't seem to find a place that fit my standards but one day a lady came in to my job with beautiful nails and when asking her where she went she said t & t nails and Ann did her nails. Mind you, a lot of people had recommended places to me but none where actual good by my standards so I was not so sure at first. I attempted to call and make an appt for after work and they said walk in only except on Tuesdays. I was hoping I wouldn't get there and they would be to busy for me but when I arrived they told me To write my name in the book and even though they where busy they took me Right away. The person that did my nails was Hung. He did a great job. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he just did it. I had an acrylic coffin full set and I will admit I loved them so much I can't stop looking at my Nails. This place is officially my permanent nail spot. Even thinking about trying other services they offer such as the eyelash extensions after seeing what a great job they did on another customer I was convinced I need to try this. The people here are friendly and don't make you feel like they are rushing you or like your an inconvenience like other places around.... This business is under new ownership. Had a bad experience last night - I went in with dip that needed to be soaked off (because THATS HOW DIP IS REMOVED.) I was seated with a male tech, unfortunately I didn't get his name. He proceeded to take what looked like a letter opener and try to pry the dip off my natural nail, which was extremely painful. I told him it hurt yet he continued, I explained that they probably needed to be soaked off. He then grabbed his drill and drilled the ever living s*** out of my nail bed. I told him again that hurt, especially on my pinky which is where he tried to pry the product off first. I told him that hurt, so he proceeded to fill a bowl with acetone and tell me to stick my hand in. I did try to put my hand in the bowl but my nails were literally raw that it stung. I told him I would pay for the work he had completed but that I did not want to continue. He was rude and told me no and motioned away from the table. The owner asked if I wanted her to do them and I explained no, that my nail bed is paper thin now and they physically hurt. I actually am a certified nail tech- this is NOT the proper way to remove nails, I'm sure if he was licensed through the state he would know. NEVER AGAIN! Years ago this was the only place I'd go to! Jen is phenomenal if you want a different/ elaborate design. All the nail techs are knowledgeable about a variety of styles and shapes and your rhinestones WILL NOT pop off! However, the last time I went here for a gel, I developed a staph infection days later under my cuticle! They have a bunch of nail techs but also a ton of customers. Its a shame to see they're quality go down due to their rising popularity. Needless to say I'm scared to go back for any service. Hygiene is a MUST not a luxury . read more

I called several salons within the Worcester area and decided to come here due to their great customer service on the phone. I had a little trouble finding the salon because I was unfamiliar with the area and they kindly answered my calls and gave me directions. The staff was polite and attentive. I made a last minute appointment for a wax which they were able to immediately accommodate. I was extremely impressed by JEN'S (new owner I believe) knowledge and skill level. She is legitimately certified. She made me feel comfortable and was so quick with the procedure that it was nearly painless! (I'm not going to lie and tell you that waxing is not a little painful) Prices are extremely fair and set much lower than other salons. I'm so happy that I have finally found a great place for waxing! Again, I highly recommend this place. read more

I was VERY surprised to see negative reviews on this salon. I started coming here for my nails about 3mths ago, on the recommendation of 2 coworkers. I was very pleasantly surprised! This place is amazing! It has every nail option u cld possibly imagine! The selection of not only regular nail polishes, colored powders/acrylic, but gel polishes as well, is beyond anything I have ever seen in my 15yrs of getting my nails done regularly! I personally loooove a large variety of options to chose from, that's what makes getting ur nails done, so much fun! I've had hand painted designs as well as 3D designs done here, & both have been great!! Most salons only have a couple talented techs, but I've gone to 4 different women here & have been VERY happy w/all of them! All 4 of the techs I have had were very friendly & attentive, & did exactly as I POLITELY asked. Dealing w/the general public is not always easy, I know bc I do it myself. I find the staff here to be friendly & professional despite what some of the other reviews say. As far as waiting ur turn is concerned? Unless u go to a salon that is by appointment only, I find that a wait is totally normal. Any salon that does walk-ins tends to have a wait, if they don't? I wld question the quality of the service ur going to be provided.....unfortunately w/my schedule, Tuesday's just don't work for me (they take appointments on Tuesday's) Therefore I plan to wait about a half hour, but it's usually less. I think that we should be happy that a small business is doing so well & has so many loyal customers! It's great for the community & economy! All that being said??? They are under new management, and it is truly one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. I went knowing that Jen had left, under the impression that there would still be techs from when she worked there who were talented with designs. I showed the lady at the front a simple picture, just black swirls on a grey background, and the finished result was so ugly that it looked like a 4 year old scribbled on my nails. I am not a confrontational person, so I left the salon unsatisfied but figuring I would just deal with it instead of spend more money elsewhere to get them fixed. The next morning I woke up, and a whole layer of the gel polish had peeled from one on my nails, and it was coming loose on others. I went back to get them fixed 2 days later, and she was super sweet and fixed them at no charge. She filed my natural nails under the acrylic down to almost nothing, so if I were to get them removed, there would be almost nothing there. Two days later, I barely even touched the countertop, and half of my acrylic broke off. With the price raise, I was expecting equal or better quality, but I was mistaken. read more

Reception lady is absolutely horrible. I came to this salon first thing in the morning when they opened, and when i entered there was four people ahead of me, so the receptionist had us sign in and said it'd be an hour wait, which is FINE. She said we can either wait or come back in a few but our names were on the waiting list so be there before the hour is up. So we went next door for about 40 minutes and were back in time then she told us another 40 minute wait. So we left cane back, and we were told another 25 minute wait. So we decided to wait it out. At this point i was very upset. The receptionist tells us we are next up. Next thing we know, she calls up a girl who got there well after us to go next. After waiting 2 and a half hours, we left. Didn't get our nails done, and VERY angry. We texted the owner, Jen to complain on the service because it's ridiculous. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This review is about the awful customer service at T&T nails. They don't allow appointments during busy times like the holidays. They do walk ins only first come first serve basis. Which might be OK if there front desk girl actually payed attention to the order people came in and didn't try to squeeze in her friends while other customers wait. She's to busy on her phone or talking to people about her personal life to do her job she actually had a little kid with her that she was babysitting while trying to do this job as well. She was not successful at doing both lets leave it at that. I had been loyal customer for quite some time. It was crazy to me that I couldn't pre book a nail appointment during the holiday season. Well I went first thing in the morning there was already a line outside the place because of the no appointment rules during busy times. I ended waiting 3hours to get my nails done NEVER AGAIN had I not been told by the joke of a front desk staff that it would be only 25 more minutes after the initial hour and half wait I would have gone some where else but due to my lack of available time I stayed. They nail designs they offer are not worth how rude they are the owner Even asks me how long I waited and then laughed and used me as an example to other upset customers. First off, I've had both manicures and my eyebrows done by Tina and I adore her work on both. Her price point is perfect for both and the quality is rather good. I rarely get manicures because I tend to justify that I can do my own nails for cheaper and better, especially given how quickly I can wreck them. Tina is a master at actually listening to how you want your nails shaped; something of a rarity in the field. I hate coming out with squared off nails or something too oval on my rather long hands, so when Tina listened and shaped mine perfectly I knew I had a winner. I cannot rave enough about the job she does with my eyebrows though. It costs half as much as I used to spend to get exactly what I was looking for, and with fewer breakouts. She isn't heavy-handed with the wax or tweezers, so you don't have to pencil them in until they grow back. She's my go-to for immediately looking more put together, even on a budget...She's also hilarious. read more

NEVER.. have I been so disgusted and appalled at the Service I experienced by the Manager herself Jen at T&T Nails 352 west Boylston street, West Boylston, MA after being a LOYAL customer for over 3 year's. Over this past weekend I experienced the worst customer service experience that you could imagine. Jen (the manager) denied me services due to the fact that the design I chose for my nails was too complex. The manager Jen decided to get nasty with me in front of 30 or more people! She made a big fuss and ultimately embarressed the both of us and advise me that if I did not choose another design then I could leave. They humiliated me like no other. I felt disrespectful and singled out to the point that I left the store and cried. No paying customer deserves that, Nor should they be treating anyone willing to spend that type of money on their business. Now I can't stress enough how much this hurts me to say this but... They won't see a penny of my earned money.. I refuse to do ANY Business with them, and I encourage any Ladies who enjoy their salon time to save yourself and your Friends the Frustration!!!!
