They were so accommodating, even when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic. Several things stuck out most to me - 1. They were so flexible with rescheduling. They honored my discounted rate without charging me a rescheduling fee 2. They allowed me to set up the day before the wedding, which wasn't offered with any of the other venues I toured. This was a huge load off my plate for my actual wedding day. Caroline and her son were on-site with me, moving around furniture and making sure the grounds were perfect 3. It rained on my wedding day and they offered to shuttle everyone to and from the building so they didn't get wet (luckily we didn't have to use this) 4. Several items were left behind through all the chaos of the wedding that I didn't realize. Caroline put them all aside for me and was so flexible in scheduling a pick up 5. Caroline was on-site the day of my wedding and took sooo many photos of the event. She sent them to me the day after the wedding and it was so special seeing them while we were waiting for the ones from my photographer to come back Overall, the staff at Ambrosia Crossing was such a joy to work with and we received numerous compliments on the aesthetic of the venue from our guests. We immediately reached out to the venue owner & asked if we could reschedule the wedding for 2021. She agreed in writing, but never sent the updated contract for us to sign. I followed up with her for literally SIX MONTHS asking for the updated contract, but I kept getting the run around. With the deaths in the family & the growing uncertainty, we couldn't afford to continue waiting around for the owner, Caroline, to send us documents that we should've received months prior. After chasing caroline & her team around for six months via email as well as phone calls, I told her that I was no longer interested in having my wedding at the her venue due to the lack of response. Instead of apologizing and refunding my deposit, she forwarded me a FABRICATED EMAIL that she used to pretend that she sent the updated contract already. It was a cheap attempt at fabricating an email & as soon as that happened, I decided that we definitely would not be dealing with them moving forward. I don't trust them, and I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of in this manner. I hope this review helps other couples in this tough time!

They were so easy and accommodating to work with to create that special day for our daughter. The fact that all we had to search for on our own was a photographer and a Photo Booth was such a stress relief. They took care of every single detail and made sure nothing was missed. The venue offers several options to have your dream ceremony. Although our original plan was to have an outdoor ceremony by the lake the weather had other plans. We ended up with a ceremony inside the chapel and it was beautiful! Danny officiated their ceremony and they both absolutely loved the job he did. The cocktail hour was amazing and the reception hall was decorated beautifully just as we had discussed. The cake was AMAZING (and who doesn't love cake?), the DJ did an awesome job of keeping the dance floor full and her coordinator kept everything on track. If you're looking for a beautiful venue for your special day look no further. I promise you will not be disappointed with the care and detail that goes into making your dreams and vision of that day come to life. Not only was it the most beautiful, but it was also the most affordable and the least stressful when it comes to overall planning of a wedding. Trena, Danny, and Avery were so helpful! They offer an all inclusive package where you are able to select your food, decorations, dessert, flower arrangements, plate settings, DJ, selection of where your ceremony will be held, etc. You only have to show up once (other than the tour) in order to select everything. You also have to meet with the food vendor at their restaurant for food tasting in a separate location. It was so simple. I went one day with my husband to tour the venue and an additional day to select everything. That was all! Friday you have access to the rehearsal dinner and Pattison house. Both buildings are decorated with a rustic glam touch. You are able to drop off all your wedding items the day before. The day of the wedding, the bride and bridesmaids have access to the Pattison house. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT!! A whole house!!! Danny married us during the ceremony and was so elegant , intimate, and professional. Their staff and owners were nothing but professional, helpful, and kind. We also respected the delicate and beautiful place and didn't act like entitled brats. It's absolutely amazing! Best experience ever! I have seen so many brides stress over their wedding day and here I was only showing up once to make our special day happen! During the wedding, all we did was relax. Avery made the wedding so fun and kept it moving. The next day we took our time and showed up around eleven am to pick up all our things.

It is now November, and they still struggle with communication of whether a clothes steamer was left there. It's been over a month since I have reached out, I have reached out three times to a personal number and no response. Just about sums up the communication with said wedding planner for 14 months. The day of was a disaster and yelp would not let me type everything out because it was 'too negative'... when it was the order of events and how many things went wrong. Don't recommend.
